Great service from independent BMW specialist. Booked me in for an appointment and provided me with a technician to diagnose the problem. Technician ran tests to see what the main problem was with my entertainment system. Problem was the hardware unit, provided me with two solutions to sort out the issue and was resolved within a quick time frame. Definitely would recommend to others who have BMW computer issues.

Amazing Work carried out by the team at BMW Customz! Purchased an android screen along with Apple CarPlay + reverse camera from them. Nadim kept me up to date with my order. Soon as my unit was produced, Nadim gave me a call and arrange an appointment for me out of his usual working hours and catered for my needs (due to work). Installation was clean and left my car in a better condition that I came in with. I've had a previous android screen installed on my car but the quality was nowhere near they're screens. The repair of my I-drive unit which was continually rebooting, was done quickly and professionally, and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. However, I was told I had to pay another £80 on top of the £250 quoted on the website (and paid for in advance), because the repair caused another related issue with my car’s software. I found this to be a little unreasonable, as I was put in a position of having no choice but to pay more, when a price to do the repair was already agreed and paid for. That said, I was given a discount for the extra work and it did provide me with software updates, and the fee for my late arrival was waived which was generous, so I would certainly use BMW Customz again.

Bought the full coding package for my F36 and am delighted with the results. The little tweaks and touches make my car feel a bit more unique and special. Nadim was great and did a quick diagnostic before starting. I purchased my car from a reputable dealership and a few days later it developed a issue with the passenger seat (constant beeping, even when no one is sitting on the seat). I took it back to the dealership and they diagnosed the seat occupancy sensor required changing. This was then changed at the main dealer of BMW for near to £300! A few weeks later I was having the same issue. Went back and they wanted £99 to re-diagnose and charge me again for the work they did! I had a feeling they were messing me around and trying to rip me off! I called BMW Customz as they previous fixed another issue with the car and within hours they diagnosed and fixed the fault at a fraction of the price. Personally, if you have any issues with your BMW I would highly recommend you go to them first... Not only will you save your money but your time too. They know exactly what they are doing and are so helpful.

Nadim was a pleasure to work with. He set up with his equipment & did a quick diagnostics screen to inform me of the cars current status before going through each of the coding options available for my X5 (F15) whilst advising on all the popular ones. Took almost an hour & very through. After leaving I forgot to ask if he could turn off idrive on opening the door & he asked me to come straight back which was good of him. was really struggling to get this fixed. Faced with a £1,000+ new drive from the local BMW dealer and nobody else locally able to offer much help, I took a chance on BMW Customz. The quick response was reassuring + the request for additional descriptions of my fault so I decided to book an appointment. Excellent service - took around 50 minutes to upload the various files while being given plenty of feedback on the process. Very professional. If you consider what a programmer or IT consultant charges per hour these days, then £200 was extremely reasonable and worth every penny. Nice guy too.
