D. T.I had not been into BMW Park Royal for some time and I was struck by the professional look of the place. I had spoken to Jordan several times and I found her co-operative and helpful. She kept me in the loop of what was happening to my car ....all of which make a big difference. And certainly if I needed work of this order again, I would definitely come back here. The mechanic did a great job too and I appreciated his video in examining my car.
N. N.Took my BMW (E90) in for a repair in regards to an engine fault. Oscar and the team identified the fault and fixed it. During the process Oscar kept me informed. Whilst also informing me about other issues with my car. As well informing me about liability. BMW Park Royal delivered a 5 star service. Thank you guys.
R. &. A.Very tight space to get in and out. Also no space for drivers to have some else in a other car be there to take the driver back once car is dropped off. Should have some temporary facility for this.
However, the staff were friendly and polite and the car park attendants were helpful in finding me a space to wait whilst my mum booked her BMW into reception. Overall seems good.
P.My initial experience of arranging an appointment wasn’t great, the guy wasn’t really interested in any details as to what was wrong with the car. But then Jordan became involved. She was very well organised, interested and efficient. She answered most of my queries and those which she couldn’t she went off to find out the answers and came back with solutions. Additionally she was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. She represented the BMW brand and Park Royal confidently and impressively.

R. A.What can I say other than I am so pleased with the service i recieved from BMW Park Royal! The day before i recieved a curtesy call from Jordan to confirm my booking and arrival time. Upon arrival i was greeted by the most pleasant man who checked my booking and directed me in. The receptionist was a delight with her warm welcoming greeting. There was a little confussion about a hire car while mine was being worked on but no issue was too much and Jordan literally came to my rescue and rectified an issue that my company had created! All in all i want to say hats off to the team at BMW Park Royal, nothing was too much and well if it wasn't for Jordan i would have been stuck and missed all my important meetings. Thank you guys, truly appreciated!
