Bought a used Audi A3. Very easy/painless experience. From using the website, to any questions I had and finally the delivery of the vehicle. I went through the process of arranging finance with them, which was quick and simple. Although I did not use them for this. I found this company whilst searching for cars online and they beat the prices of most places simply due to how much selection they have! Being able to buy a car from anywhere in the country really opens up the selection. They delivered my car quickly once all the checks were carried out and when I had some issues they transported back to the dealership to fix it and compensated me for my lack of vehicle in the meantime! I was recommended this company by a friend. The staff are amazing and very helpful in finding the best car for you and what you need to do with it. They always stayed in contact with me and answered any questions I had. The only issues I had was there system showed cars but when I asked if this one was available it had already been sold or someone else had put a deposit on it. So if they updated there inventory as and went things get sold or deposit has been put on them then it would of made life a bit easier when looking for the car you want. Would highly recommend these people if your looking for a new car!!

Contacted buyacar as o was interested in an Auris Estate on their website. Unfortunately it wasn't available when they check with the dealer, but the staff there worked hard to find and secure me an alternative which they did quickly and effectively. The security checks are quite stringent but necessary when everything is being done remotely. Finance was quickly and easily secured and the car was delivered promptly. This is the second time of financing a car through buyacar as unfortunately the other car before became a write off. Getting a car through Buyacar is thankfully easy and very straight forward. They contact you when you can be contacted and they explain everything thoroughly. Because my previous finance car suddenly became a write off, I was very stressed with trying to find a car. And because I had good experience with financing a car with Buyacar, I tried again. Everyone at Buyacar are patient, understanding and just all nice people to talk to. Once everything was sorted and I had ordered my car. I was worried It wouldn't get come in time for my holiday, but luckily it did. Two days before! There was a few issues with trying to tax it as the dealership where my car came from sent me the old documents. But a quick ring to buyacar and they were on it straight away and found the new document reference. I really do recommend Buyacar if wanting to buy/finance a vehicle. I've always found Buyacar to offer better prices for financing a car compared to other sites. Thank you Buyacar for being so helpful, and so patient with me.

The positives: The customer experience was very good, communication was great and hassle free. My first time buying a car Online due to covid restrictions Car was delivered on time, and paint protection had been applied shortly after. The Negatives: The price is slightly inflated in comparison to elsewhere.... The car still runs fine, smooth as a whistle, the reasoning for my 3 stars is they/somebody forgot to leave out a picture of the front left side bumper that had been quickly brushed with silver paint and covered up with what seemed to be a wax or T-Cut. This wasn't visible for the first month or so, until i had the car professionally buffered and waxed. Honesty goes a long way... or does it?

My initial experience of using BuyaCar was mixed due to the fact it felt like the amounts of security checks required was excessive and not fully explained upfront which led to unexpected delays. A delivery date was given and adhered to with good communication regarding the time of delivery. The vehicle itself is in fantastic condition and is a major upgrade compared to what I was driving before. I read the reviews before I went ahead and started the process. It was as smooth as it could be in this Covid crisis (there was documents that needed to be sent ASAP). I was told the process and how much to expect to pay etc. The car was dropped off to my front door and the car is what I wanted at such a low mileage, so that’s a super plus. We took delivery of our new Seat just over a week ago and have been very impressed with the service we received and the car itself. The process was easy and I felt reassured at each step that we were dealing with a reputable company. The car was as described and the agent we dealt with was happy to gather all the information we requested before we placed the final order. The delivery was smooth and the driver had very positive things to say about Buyacar and his dealings with them and the car he delivered. Two minor points to note - the info leads you to believe (or maybe we just interpreted it as such) that your car will come from a main dealer for that make but ours didn't. This didn't trouble us at all, but it might some people. Secondly, read the small print about returning a car you decide doesn't meet your needs- again, we're happy with ours, so it doesn't apply to us but cars can only be returned if you've driven no more than 20 miles which could prove difficult for some. In summary, I've been very impressed with the service received and the price/quality of car we bought. I'd definitely use the site again and have recommended it to family and friends.

Next day they gave a call with a positive reply, so I paid for the deposit and the whole process was very easy. I signed everything online, having customer support through the phone on each step, which was very good, because the first time impression is a bit hard to buy such a valuable thing online, but the option of returning the car 14 days after receiving it is a very good point of trust. I made the quote on Saturday and the delivery was booked for friday, 6 days later. I had a delay on the delivery, it was delivered on Saturday, instead of Friday. 2 days later the customer team got in touch with me to find out if everything was ok with the car and I explained the situation. I had small problems like the car mat wasn't in good conditions and they were very happy to refund me a certain amount so I could buy new one to replace it. This is the first time I bought a car on finance. Buyacar website was one of the first options that came up when I typed it in the search engine. Whilst I was initially very sceptical about using finance Buyacar had some great deals on a huge variety of cars. After much searching and discussion with my partner we went for Ford Fiesta. It was a good monthly repayment cost at a low mileage. The team were very helpful and attentive in leading us through the process. Once the finance was agreed I was told the car would be with us in 2 days however I later received a phone call stating they had to cut another key and this could take up to week. This scuppered our plans of a weekend away in our new car however much to my surprise in the end it only took 4 days for the car to arrive. The car itself was in excellent condition despite it having a smell of cigarette smoke from the previous owner and a few stains on the interior. However the smell of smoke rescinded after a few day. It’s driven like a dream ever since and hopefully it’ll continue to do so. I would also advice to make sure you receive the log book and service history as we forgot to ask initially but received this after inquiry at a later date. Would highly recommend

Great service and helpful staff. I have to be honest I had some doubts when we decided to go through with the car deal we found on Buyacar. I never bought a car before online but the offers were so good that we had to try. They work with very low interest rates for PCPs and HPs that beats every retailer. Of course it depends on your credit score too. So we booked the car we liked and then everything happened just so fast. Less than two weeks later we had the car in immaculate condition. The customer care was quick and helpful, they contacted us for everything and the response via email was also prompt. They even delivered the car to us which is even better so I didnt even have to leave our home. And the car was better than expected. Obviously we were lucky that the car wasn't booked by anyone else when we did it (as there are people who actually show up at retailers and can book the same car) and that I could send all the papers they needed in one day so the process was very quick. But I am sure that the customer service would have helped if something goes wrong or have difficulties. So overall I am satisfied with the purchase and the whole process, my husband is happy with our shiny new car and we can only highly recommend Buyacar. We will buy our next car through them for sure.

It was a seamless and easy experience with no pressure tactics. The car was delivered to the house. You have to rely on the car dealer from whom Buyacar make arrangements to ensure that everything is up to specification. In my case the car was delivered without the navigation switched on. I had to get this sorted through getting a USB stick from the car dealer.
