From Sharon at the helm, Madalina in Sales to AJ(I hope that's correct) in the service dept, this Honda is soooooo good. It is a good service generally. But I think technical staff have restricted knowledge. If you have a deep problem, you should investigate it on your own or to go for independent workshop. It is second time when it happens. First time I repaired it by myself. Now I should check technical data for a second one. I think it is a good idea to give access for workshop to the customers, because they have good equipment.

Great experience buying a car from Ram! We have been customers of Crown for many years but we usually buy from the Bushey branch. They were advertising a car in the Hendon branch and from first speaking to the salesman, Mr Sudharson Kanagaratnam ("Ram") to collecting the car, the experience was excellent and more particularly the professional service that Ram provides. He is a real gentleman, honerable and honest, with a good eye for detail and superb customer service. We have bought many cars but have never dealt with someone like Ram. Everything he said he would do, he did! He made the whole process painless including part-exchanging our car and we will definitely be back again to buy a car from him again. Been here 5 times as customer. Good location and space for parking. Showroom is big and waiting area has tea and coffee though no cafe like Chiswick Honda. The sales team was friendly and helpful but at the time didn't have the car for the right price. Sharon, the receptionist is always very friendly and approachable. Despite being very busy, always had time for a quick chat. And once I had a break down and when I spoke to Sharon, she was very reassuring and said she will look after the car once it has been towed to the dealership. The parts dept also very good and looks after your needs and requirements. Immediately got me a wing mirror from another branch very quickly. The service department has improved. The first time i went for Service, I wanted to ask about a feature of the car. The service manager didn't really care to explain. I didn't get a call to say car was ready and i had to do that myself. During the 2nd Service, the service advisor was more friendly and called me once car was ready. But unfortunately they asked me to change some things that's wasn't necessary. The recall was done in March on the airbag. It was hard to get through to the service dept but in the end it was done properly. I had a service today and it's good to see the company has responded to our feedbacks. The service advisor, Mitu Hussain, was really helpful and honest. His excellent customer service puts confident back for me on this company. He works late to make sure he gave me a feedback on the assessment of the vehicle. Peter at the Bodyshop is also very helpful and efficient-Did my insurance quote quickly and explain the whole process without me having to ask. Always return my emails with speed. Finally, the Dealer Principal, Lee, is very approachable and acted upon my feedback.

It’s a really professionally run place and the staff always friendly and wanting to help and please. Jason Baum, who recently sold us a Honda was exceptionally helpful and attentive. There was absolutely no pressure to buy; it clearly mattered to him that we were satisfied. Having said that, we do think Honda itself needs to re-think its position on bike carriers. We had a real run-around trying to get what we wanted: with Jason’s help we eventually did, but we wish it had been Honda-dedicated equipment. In short, not really five stars; something more like 4.7.

Updated 1/18 Always been helpful. Several years now and their standards haven't dipped. They don't try to sell work that isn't needed. I've even heard them telling another customer that she should wait longer based on her pattern of driving. Pricing is reasonable. Staff are helpful and will even just get an on and do little things that need it without charging. For example, I bought a new mirror glass and it was much harder to fit than it should have been. Not wanting to risk breaking it I took it back and asked them to do it for me ( then if it broke it was their problem). It was a struggle for their person too, as it happens, but he did it. And waived the charge.

We were served by Jason for the second time when we bought our latest Jazz, and we are so happy with the current Hybrid version. The car performs very well, and is very comfortable. Everything is as expected. We are delighted with the fuel consumption - around 50 mpg, especially with the current cost of fuel - and that is only local driving! We like the ability to link our Android phone, to display Waze on the main infotainment screen It really is a great car and an improvement on our first Jazz - which was pretty good anyway. Jason is a gentleman! We never felt we were being coerced, or rushed into make a decision. His patience seemed endless - he gave us all the time we needed - and then more! So if anyone wants a recommendation - ask for Jason, and he will help you to buy your perfect Jazz!
