Although I was a little apprehensive to buy from car dealers as I don’t have much experience with purchasing vehicles that way, I felt comfortable with Alex who was friendly and approachable, he explained the car history and took me and the wife for a test drive and we felt no pressure but actually enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you Alex for being helpful, patient and down to earth. We checked out other potential cars on the same day, but we felt the experience at Draytons was very positive. The following day I decided to return to buy the vehicle at Draytons. Alex wasn’t in but I was looked after by Tareq. I brought a vehicle from Draytons in July 2019. The entire process was flawless, the communication from Jamie was excellent, he was always available to make time for me and was ever so accommodating to fit around my schedule to view and test drive the vehicle. The car over the last year and half has been perfectly fine, just recently it had an issue with the throttle body but thankfully it was still covered by the Warranty with Draytons. I paid nothing toward fixing the issue and the garage was paid in full without my involvement. Not being an expert in cars myself and owning a car that was 15 years old, I was a little apprehensive about buying a 2nd hand car, particularly given the innovation within the industry since my last purchase. The service that i have received at Draytons is beyond excellent. I walked in looking for my first car and was so happy to meet Tareq. He talked me through all the options in a very knowledgeable way, directed me to what might be a better option (which it undoubtedly was) and told me he would let me know when the car will arrive. I got updated in a timely fashion and went to see the car as soon as it was in. Tareq made the time for all my seemingly silly questions and helped me with all the paperwork. Best Place to buy a car. Purchased my Audi A3 approximately 4 months ago, comfortable and relaxed approach to buying the car, adjusted to meet at out of hours time due to my schedules and complimentary service at the end with a bottle. I was looking for a replacement Audi A3. After searching around I found Draytons website and the selection of cars they had looked impeccable. Especially the Audi A3 which I eventually purchased from them. Tareq showed me around the car explained any minor damage on the car which were only tiny scratches which I probably would not of seen. Tareq is very helpful, extremely honest, and was never trying to sell me one of his cars. He takes the time to make sure the customer is getting what is best for them, and in my case offer advice on a car I was looking at from another dealer. I was deciding between A3 and A3 etron, and in the end I went with another dealer as Tareq didn't have any etrons - but if he had I would have definitely chosen Tareq. From what I saw the post sales experience would've been exceptional as well, with active involvement should any issues arise with the car (although I imagine quite rare as Tareq is diligent at selection well looked after cars). Before buying a car make sure you pay Tareq a visit!

Car dealers don't tend to get the best reputation but they have been, honest, genuine and a real pleasure to deal with. The after sales service has also been first class. Andrew and Tareq are the most helpful, easy to talk to and friendliest people I've ever bought a car from. When I called to check if a certain car was still available, Andrew took my call and arranged a time for us to come and see the car. When we got to Draytons the car was parked out front and Andrew came out to greet us, and very trustingly handed us the keys to the car while he went back into the office to get something. We told Andrew what we were looking for on a Monday and by the end of the week he had sourced 5 cars for us which all met the criteria we had given him (2014 estate diesel) including the exact spec and price for each option. We decided on the Audi. We exchanged a few emails/ phone calls with Andrew to discuss the car. Andrew confirmed the car was in good condition and the all in price including VRT. We gave Andrew the go ahead at the beginning of second week and collected the car on the following Saturday. Within two weeks we had the new car. We estimate that we saved between 15 and 20 per cent on the retail price of same car in Ireland . We are pleased to say that the car was delivered as described, valeted and had a full tank of diesel. Don't be put off by the seemingly small store front - it's an underground garage, and they are running a very neat operation.
