Very professional company, very good customer service,Aslan made me feel comfortable in buying my dream car, he was honest and was there if I needed any advice from start to finish. I needed a car quickly within an affordable price range without sacrificing quality. And this is where Dream Motoring World came alive. I contacted them and within a matter of short time, I was presented with viable options with a broad range of plans. The car sales executive was extremely clear and efficient and understood my needs. He was reachable at all times and was able to clear any doubts that I had. Thanks to them I am driving a great car that truly makes me happy. Actually a friend of mine recommended this car dealership to me. He also said that i wont be able to match the price and customer support anywhere else. To be honest he was absolutely right. Seen many dealerships but never come across a better one than this. Customer suport, price and professionalism was amazing and their managing director saw to all our needs in regards to the car. I'd been in the market for a small car for a little while. I'd been to see a few other traders and ‘walked away’ from a couple literally based on their pre-sales! Dream Motoring World however, was pleasantly different. The review comments I on Parkers during my research were a definitely a factor in my decision to approach them. I was not disappointed!! Even before I’d seen the car in the ‘flesh’ they recorded and sent me a video tour of the general internal and external condition of the car - including pointing out the couple of small flaws with the body work etc. The initial meeting was friendly and warm from the start and continued through the whole process. During the walk around, I noted a couple of things. Zia (to my surprise) took notes. Further, he spotted something himself (which I didn't spot). Per “Zia: We don't want to sell you a car that you are not happy with - If you are not happy then we are not happy…”. It meant a slight delay whilst the matters were resolved but it was worth the wait and there was NO cost to me. Additionally, they reimbursed my train fare as a result of my needing to reschedule the collection due to the works that needed to be carried out on the vehicle - which I thought was a very nice touch. The transactional process was pain free! All computerised and I was able to see all the electronic checks/applications being done in real-time as one would expect. In summary, both Zia and Aslam were highly responsive, highly professional and highly personable! The car works like a charm and I have absolutely no doubt (based on my experience so far) that if there is a future issue, they will be as timely and helpful as they have been to date! I don’t write many reviews..but I do write if I think something is worth writing about! I did not know DMW before I bought this car but now that I know who they are, you can be sure that I would happily go back to them in search of another car in the future!! I visited Dream Motoring World to look at a Toyota Yaris I was interested in. They were very helpful and went out of their way to help me choose the right car.
