I bought a Mercedes C250 estate from Joe, a very pleasant experience I must say. I wanted to part exchange my old car, and they couldn't offer what I wanted to begin with but by the time I got home Joe rang and offered the price I was looking for. So I had the Mercedes delivered the next day and they picked up my Scirocco, extremely good service!! To top it off I stupidly left my prescription pair of Ray Ban sunglasses in the Scirocco, spoke to Joe and asked him to look for them. After a couple of weeks I accepted that I probably wouldn't get them back, but lo and behold they arrived packaged very securely. Top marks Elite Motor Company, a very good experience all round and a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely amazing experience! Highly recommend!! I brought my Land Rover from elite motor company. I didn’t feel pressured to buy, they left us to discuss between us about the car. They was very helpful with any questions we had. When we got the car home we noticed The Land Rover sounded different. Phoned elite motors and explained and they was so kind and very apologetic no hesitation to solve the problem. They got my car booked in with their Land Rover specialist.They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and the car was ok. Honestly I can’t recommend them enough. They gave me a courtesy car while they fixed my car and made sure everything was ok with the car before giving me It back to me. I couldn’t get the time off work to collect my car so they brought my Land Rover to me and I live hour and half away from them, I am so grateful they did this for me. Just incredible service. Thank you so much! I’m so happy and you won’t be disappointed if you use them.

Top Elite action. We wanted a good second hand cheap car for weekends. And that's what we got. Great car and we ordered it by phone as we are in the North Midlands, service was great and communication excellent. Collected it last Saturday drove it home on Sunday it was great, for a nearly 20 year old car i cant complain. Just what we wanted. Thanks to Joe and the Coffee and the conversation. He has some great old stuff as well as newer cars. Remember any second hand car is indeed second hand so keep the expectations reasonable and you wont be disappointed. Many thanks Joe.

Would definitely recommend this company I bought a B Class for the wife a couple of weeks ago from Joe and the service was spot on, although the car was not quite ready when we went to view (it needed a valet and prep) Joe made sure this was all done when we went to collect the car and made sure we were happy with the car, after having the car for 2 weeks now it really is a nice car to drive and drives faultless thanks for everything Joe I will definitely be back to upgrade my car soon. I recently bought a 2005 Mercedes SLK 350 from Elite Motor Co. I had been looking on Auto Trader for sometime for one of these that fell within my budget, since this was going to be a second 'summer time' car. Elite had one that was within budget and appeared to be very well presented. Having called ahead to make an appointment I met with Joe who took me out for a test drive. The car was very nice, and despite the age and number of previous owners was in good order for the year. I decided to do what I often do in such situations and 'go for it' there and then and bought the car. The service was excellent and within a few clicks and some paperwork the keys were mine. However upon getting to the car I was unable to open the drivers door (lock) and the drivers wing mirror was not working (electrically adjustable). I returned to the premises and Joe was, understandably, rather shocked this had occurred. He said he would have it looked at but would likely be a day or two. I retuned with my partner to collect the car and all was fixed, got in started it up and it almsot stalled, ran very rough and the check engine light illuminated. Trying to be positive still, and with very low fuel I thought it may be that causing the issue so popped up to the Shell station a short distance away. 20 litres of fuel later no change, so back to Elite. I was frustrated more than anything, Joe was not about on this occasion but another chap took the car for a spin and returned confirming it was an issue they would need to address - so I went away for a second time without the car. Of course one wonders if you've paid for a car and these faults are cropping up now before you've even driven it home is it worth keeping? Do you trust the company you are buying it from? Well, I like to give anyone a chance so I agreed they fix it, then I get the car checked over by an interdependent inspection company and if all issues are sorted I will accept the car. If they were not I'd reject the car. This was agreed and so we proceeded on this basis. Well, they did indeed sort the issue - coil pack had gone - and on the third attempt I collected the car and it is running perfectly. I did not get the car inspected, they handed over the old part and I am happy with what they have done to solve matters. The point of this long review is that Elite did not shy away from their customer care. Before they got my money they were good, after they had it they were the same. They fixed the issues and were decent with all that was done - and you cannot ask for more. So to me, they are a genuine and decent dealer and I was dealt with better than when I bought a far newer and more costly BMW X5 from a large mainstream dealership who were hassle to deal with from day one. Elite have a good selection of cars, presented in spotless fashion and are not 'trying it on' with their prices. If I was on the look out for another car, I'd certainly be happy to return so thanks to the chaps for all you did.

GREAT SELECTION OF CARS, VERY FAIR PRICED, i run a business and and been in business 45 years and these guys are a credit to the use car industry a very reputable family run business, after reading there reviews and seeing some bad ones it didn't really phase me as i understood they are selling second hand cars at the end of the day and things do go wrong in life so im abit of a realist, I did purchase a Mercedes sl350 from elite motor company that did inherit a problem 7 weeks down the line, Elite dealt with the matter extremely well and fixed the problem very fast. so they do live up to there great aftercare that i see alot of there customers commenting on.

hi i would like to thank everyone at elite motor company i bought a car for 2200 pound and i was treated like some one spending 220,000 pound every one was so nice and could not do enough for me i rang 5 months after buying my fiesta with a problem spoke to a chap called daniel said pop in on my way by and we have a look , when i got there unannounced about two weeks later daniel was not there but i got talking to another chap called joe i explained i spoke to daniel and took car off me and told me to have a tea took car away came back about 35 min later told me they need a part [the cost 235 pound ] went back three days later and part was put on i have got to say when job was done they gave me key and said no problem we will cover the bill .. thankyou so much elite you went above and beyond for me and my wife thankyou again .... paul ....
