Abdullah was so knowledgeable, professional, and honest that we decided to purchase a brand new Q4 with him. Throughout the process he was always available and kept us updated. Once the car arrived he sent us a video of our new car. Which we felt was a nice touch. Once we picked up the car he went through the cars functions and gave us some useful tips. For vehicle servicing the staff are exceptionally sensitive to a customer’s specific requirements during vehicle drop off and collection. They also make use of online processing of paperwork. The lengthy video recording of the vehicle inspection is particularly reassuring. Overall it was an entirely trouble free, effortless and pleasant customer experience.

This is the third time I've used Finchley Road Audi, and I'm still very impressed with the service I get. The booking process is easy, the reception you get when dropping your car off from staff is very good. I love Audi Cam, I know the technician is checking all of my cars important parts, suspension, tyres and brakes (the things us car owners can't see) I went with an Audi Service plan; saving money overall, I can spread the cost over a period saving me that 'lump sum' payment. And the plan covers 2 services. I requested a call back through the Audi Cam app, within an hour or so I got a call from Emma. Very helpful and friendly. When I picked the car up she dealt with the hand-over too, she's excellent at her job. Finally, the car was immaculately clean, a fantastic valet. Overall I got a proper service, with technology and people combining well; my thanks to the technician, service and the valet teams.

I had a waiting appointment for an MOT and I received excellent and accommodating customer service. The car passed, but Audi always attempt to scare with upsell - a new tyre (the tyre had 4.5mm of tread still) and a canister. Both items not needed. My vehicle had a ‘service due’ light on its display, but I had only done 1,000 miles since my last service so didn’t require. Audi would not cancel the light unless I had a service at £345 (which was not needed). Very, very unhelpful. Obviously a quick google search tells you how to do this.

Good experience, although it doesn't have a viewing area for servicing like Whetstone. I waited for my service, which was complete in around 2 hours, whilst I worked and enjoyed the coffee. I was told they would remove the wheels, but unfortunately they didn't as they claimed they couldn't find the locking wheel nut which I'd left in the glove box.

Just bought a 2nd hand A3 DSG, didn’t really know the history so booked in for a DSG oil and filter change. Was advised to run diagnostics, which showed no error codes. They luckily had some of the cars history online and realised it wasn’t due a DSG service so advised against. No upselling, no unnecessary work done. Contacted Audi Finchley Road about getting a car, James Bailey took my call and was so Professional and helpful. Each time I emailed with an enquiry always got a quick response, the day I collected my car I was very nervous as never drove an automatic before. James explained everything about the car and was very patient with me, took me on a test drive and because of him I was confident enough to drive my new car home. Cannot praise James enough. The only bad thing I would say they sell you a valeting kit for 500 pounds which cost no more than 80 pounds if you where to big it from outside so be carful of this upscale and read your invoice i Ended up getting it for free because I complained, all So they wash your Car after a service which many manufactures don’t do

For the very high price you pay for a service I’m disappointed the complimentary clean doesn’t cover the boot of the car! Lots of other parts of the car poorly cleaned or missed.

After taking it back to the same garage 4 times and they unsucessfully resolving the problem we decided to take it to Audi for independent check. Audi carried out a road test and inspected it. Also the height of the drivers seat (why????) had been altered and it has proved difficult to regain my comfortable position. I am left with a very unpleasant feeling about my experience. When I did go to collect my car it took me about 30 minutes to leave after paying as they couldn't get my car out and they had lost the keys to a car blocking it.! , And when I checked the log book they hadn't bothered to stamp it so I will need to go back again to get this done. Everything that happened, every bad experience could so easily have been avoided but they weren't hence this bad review is necessary.I would love to receive a message from someone in charge at Audi Finchley Road to discuss this but I doubt I will meaning they have lost a customer. I’m severely disabled and tried hard to get Audi Finchley Road to come and pick up & return my Motability Audi A3 Sportback for its first service. I was told that they do not collect from my postcode, SW1. They refused saying they do not collect from my postcode. I never had this problem when I had my MINI ! But why only 3 stars, on the day of collection of the S8, I drove to their garage, their parking attendant went ballistic at the thought of me wanting to park my car in their car park as apparently it was full. He didn't just say "I'm afraid it's full sir, pass me your keys and I'll look after it whilst you pay 55k for your car". He waved his arms around in an attempt to stop me from entering the car park, ok fine but I'm there to drop off my car and pick up my purchase with nowhere to park! The lovely receptionist came out to try and help however he argued with her too.. Overall it was the worst collection experience of any car I've purchased thus far. Anyway all said and done, had that been my business and had an employee or a customer fed back how badly the actions of one guy reflect on the business, without a doubt I'd let him go. If the dealership are reading this, quite a few of you team members would have witnessed the scenario earlier this week. It's not on and no, giving me the paint protection kit that I paid for in the first instance doesn't make up for it. I would use them again tbh everyone has off days.
