Great all round experience at this Genesis Studio. My Genesis assistant, Davide, is friendly, helpful and polite. From booking a test drive, all the way through to the purchase process, everything was very well explained, quick and convenient. You are made to feel like a valued customer, with a high level of personal service provided from your Genesis assistant. A big plus - Unlike my experiences with other manufacturers, you are not pressured into leaving with a signed purchase agreement as soon as you see a car.

We visited the Genesis Studio in Westfield in early September 21 to look at the all-new Genesis GV70. From the outset, we were warmly welcomed and any questions we had were answered in the most professional manner, some specific queries we had about colours and precise spec were followed up and answered by email again, in the most professional and courteous manner. Our point of contact was Gemma Dixon and, having identified a physical vehicle in stock in the UK, we decided to proceed with the purchase. Now given that the vehicle we ordered was the highest specked one available, fitted with over £10,000 worth of options and costing over £55,000, we had no reservations at all in proceeding, such was the confidence we had in Gemma’s communication skills and the overriding reassurances given. The lead in time was about 2 weeks and yesterday, 29.09.21, our new vehicle arrived at our house in a covered transporter and Gemma was there beforehand in readiness for the delivery. Gemma then spent the next 2 hours going through the functionality of the car, setting up the communications and personalised settings, taking the car for an initial test drive and making sure that everything about the car was fully explained. To say it was a pleasant experience would be an understatement, it was simply first class and certainly unlike anything we had previously experienced in terms of taking delivery of a new car! It transpired that our car was the FIRST GV70 to de delivered in the UK and we are absolutely delighted with the car. Genesis has a refreshing approach to selling cars and, based on our experiences so far, they deserve to succeed, as for their representation, trust me, it doesn’t get any better, as said, Gemma Dixon as our dedicated customer support contact is a credit to Genesis and one can only use the term unequivocally as, Highly Recommended.

Amazing car that is so stylish, well built and exceeds expectations. Originally got the idea to buy a Genesis (hadn’t know brand before) at an industry event where I learned more from the Europe MD of Genesis. The whole sales process, by Gemma, was perfect. Any questions were dealt with immediately by her or the supporting team. Having the car delivered to home for test driving is helpful. Gemma was very kind/helpful, and at no point did she put any pressure on us to buy a vehicle which I appreciate. Buy a Genesis- they make it so easy with great service and product.

Davide was brilliant throughout my initial engagement all the way through to meeting him in person at the Westfield studio and being very thorough on the test drive of the Gv80. I can honestly say not once was I pressured to make any decisions throughout the test drive and after conversation. All my questions answered before, after and even during the test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very laid back. The entire end to end experience was exceptional and other brands must follow this example of leading with customer service first and then sales. Davide is a true ambassador for Genesis!!! Today and after being shown around the car by the absolutely wonderful Gona . I have decided to buy the the gv80 and will not even look back or at other cars. That is the one. And if you ever visited the show room ask for Gona . She will take an amazingly good care of you. . Gona I can't thank you enough for the wonderful experiences you have given me and my family today. Keep up the good work. Actually partially its because of Gona and the wonderful experience she has given me I have decided to go for this car.

Great service from Jason yesterday! Having glimpsed the studio from the floor above I knew I had to go have a look having followed Genesis car reviews online I really appreciate the way the brand is trying to penetrate the UK market having failed miserably with the Hyundai Genesis previously. With this reinvention of the brand in the UK I expect them to go very far. Jason was really attentive to us! He showed us all the models present in the studio without hesitation and is extremely knowledgeable about the product combined with his approachability he is a real asset to the brand and should the sales model change to a dealership based model, he would make an excellent sales executive. I wish Genesis all the best, especially with their servicing package and hopefully have the pleasure of meeting Jason in the future.
