Staff were very attentive. More than I expected… My MG 5 Excite was given in for a battery software update. I left the vehicle with them with a 32% charge. They not only cleaned it for me inside & out, but also fully charged the car so I can be on my way. Excellent all round. 👍👍👍😊

Mehmet was very helpful and willing and motability is quite extensive and he done handover very well. However I was disappointed about the time it has taken. I was told 6 weeks and it took 6 months. I never spoke with the gentleman that I originally dealt with and haven’t seen him since so consistency with the same staff member was poor. Saying that my overall experience with MG was excellent and who I did deal with was excellent .

today i had an appointment with Nissan After sales department and was served by a wonderful lady Tosara. very bubbly and full of smiles. Wonderful communication skills and skilfull approach towards customer.
the appointment was regarding heating filament in the back window which had problems. she rang me back to pickup the car and the screen had been ordered and on arrival will ring me back to fit in.
why i was impressed is because, you are most welcomed with a smile when purchasing a car but no smiles from after sales department when u go back with a problem, but this lady was full of energy and explained what was happening.

Robin was great as ever. Have been served by him previously over many years. He is respectful and polite. Unfortunately, the fault with lights was caused during the repair of another part a couple of weeks ago. Initially met with defensiveness by a different person who tried to act superior by talking as if I knew nothing about cars and faults. Then agreed to diagnose the problem for a reduced fee. Robin then waived the fee and courtesy car cost when it was obvious it was caused during the previous repair.

I had to take my car into Glyn Hopkins service department to have a look at an issue with my keys. A lady by the name of Tosana was amazing, polite and patient. She went above and beyond to look after me explaining what the problem was with my keys and informing me on services that Glyn Hopkins offer that would help keep my car in good health. You were an absolute gem with my Father, you showed him cars fitting his specification, you drove the cars next to his old one to visualise a size comparison which for someone who is over 80 years old is much better to see, ie car side by side. You searched for the right car and you had an immense amount of patience with no expectation. This was 5 star customer service which unfortunately I have not seen at other dealerships, as they did not do this when we went to their site. We nearly went for the Juke as it was very close however we found an alternative online a completely different brand but you gave us your time and knowledge which really helped us progress. Brought in my MG6 for a service and investigate fault light. They had it two days, did a good service, car drives really well now, but said my 5 year old car was too old for their diagnostic machine so couldn't diagnose fault properly and couldn't do the software update it needed which you can only get done at an MG dealer! Customer service was good and they waived all charges except for the service so overall happy with my experience but now looking for another MG garage that can deal with the software.

Fantastic service. Robin Denis was very helping on advice as I had to get my car fixed and he kept me well informed of what was happening. Robin, Ralph, Olivia and after sales service team are top customer service professionals. The level of care and attention is really surprising. I've had to take my car in a few times but every time they've gone above and beyond my expectations. Keep it up!
It would be 5 stars but the queuing system is a mess. I can see a concept of not having a line, or window, or ticketing system but it leaves everyone feeling confused and not sure of who to see and how long they might need to wait.
I've complained to the manager and he's said it's a policy from head office that they need to follow. If head office are reading this, it's not working!
Also the sales calls are a bit annoying. If you've put your car in for service, you might get a call asking you if you want to buy a new car. Again, I can see the logic but as a customer it doesn't feel good to me.
I've not had any other experience with the sales team but the the after sales team are fantastic as mentioned earlier.

I would like to thank 3 individuals at Glyn Hopkin Nissan East London for their care, dedication and being absolutely true to their word. Having ordered my car prior to lockdown, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed when told I wouldn’t receive my new car until lockdown had ended. This wasn’t going to help me especially as I was due to start more treatment and as a high risk patient needed to travel to the hospital by car and not public transport. So I would have to take taxis/mini-cabs which would cost me £750.00 in total.
Fast forward 10 weeks and the end of lockdown, Ammar and Shazad (Shazam to me), promised me that I would have my car by 9th June and so said so done. I finally picked up my new car at 4:00pm today the 9th June.
Thank you both for looking after my every need, you kept me updated on a weekly basis and not once did you falter especially with me bombarding you with emails asking question after question. I am one very happy lady.
I also want to thank Charles Mansfield, who was the first representative of Glyn Hopkin I initially met, he took me through the process and talked me through the vehicles I looked at. Even though you weren’t there today, you were still part of this deal.
I hope your Directors and CEO know what an amazing team they have in you guys, your very dedicated and will go above and beyond to meet the needs of your customers.

I took my car in for a service and Mot, customer service was a bit confusing as when you arrive and walk over to the service department there doesn't seem to be much order, you have to decide amongst yourself who is nxt, I know the setting is to make you more comfortable but in my opinion it results in the opposite! The staff are friendly so no complaints there and they were also very efficient as I got there about 9am and I got a phone call about 1pm to say my car was ready.. ..all in all a good experience!

From diagnosis all the way through repair to picking it up I feel I have received 5* service. From what could have been a terrible situation for me, the staff there took all my stresses away - and believe me, I was stressing! I would particularly like to mention Ralph Alvarez who was an absolute diamond! I honestly don't know what I would have done without his help and his customer service will definitely bring me back to GHNEL and I would encourage others looking for a change of car or works on their Nissan vehicle to go there too.

I came across Glyn Hopkins a few years ago when my Nissan Qashqui needed a re-gas, they were charging significantly less than my local Nissan garage. On top of the cost benefits I found them to be open transparent and highly professional, I couldn’t ask for a better service. I have continued to use them over the last few years and the standard remains the same.
Today I called after I asked a local garage to look at the rattling coming from the Bonnet, I was told it was the timing chain so I rang Glyn Hopkins to firstly get some advice, secondly a price and potentially book the car in. Olivia took my call and calm professional manner immediately made me feel at ease, she was clear about the process that needed to be followed yet empathetic to my distress and anxiety. Her can do attitude and patience to answer questions made my horrible news more bearable.
Although this garage is much further away from my home, I think the customer experience makes it worth the travel, I certainly wouldn’t use any other garage.

Outstanding service in every way. After having a bad experience last year with a completely different dealer I was expecting more of the same. I was initially surprised at the professionalism both when I booked my car in for the service and MOT and when I arrived and was greeted by the Service Adviser Paul (I go stuck in traffic so was a bit frazzled),but he still made me feel welcome and answered all my questions giving clear and concise answers. I found them to be extremely organised. The Service was excellent and the car drives like NEW, so I know everything needed was done.
The staff
Their honesty is much appreciated (really pleased with the final price) and I would strongly recommend them - they won't let you down. In addition to the Serviced and MOT the car was valeted inside and out which is a nice touch.
Thanks to all and Paul (my Service Adviser) especially for his help - he is a real credit to Glynn Hopkins.
Waiting time
I was given a realistic time scale for the work which is useful. The reception area is clean and tidy, with good magazines, refreshments and they are a short bus ride away from Westfield shopping centre. You'll be comfortable if you choose to wait and also have the option to go a coffee or shopping. I would strongly recommend Glynn Hopkins in Ilford, you won't be disappointed (I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience) Great job all round.

Atmosphere was a little strange and got that there was a set process that the car dealer wants to take you through before acting on your wishes. Instead of acting on my request for a test drive, I was asked numerous questions about the car, what I wanted, what I'd seen, how I'd pay for it. Then was seated and asked more questions. Then they disappeared with my driving licence to fill out forms etc. I was then shown another car before going on a test drive. The car dealer also dictated the route which was only about 10min drive. However there are new and used cars on sale. The showroom is big and a decent selection of cars on offer.

We were greeted by Axel Campbell, a young, vibrant and energetic young man who made the experience a memorable one. I am very satisfied with Nissan East London when I bought a second hand car from them in September 2019. I bought a Nissan Pulsar reg Apr 2016. I was given a warranty included for 1 year in the purchase price and the sales rep Shah Aloom gave me a test drive before I bought it. Ithe mileage was 19615 and I needed the isofix seat inserts and this was a key safety feature. I am very happy with the cash price I got and they did offer a few things incl to ensure the sale. Im not one to leave reviews, however after todays experience with the service team at glyn hopkin nissan i had to leave one.
They were professional, welcoming, accomodating and most of all genuine.. especially Ralph, who listened to all my concerns regarding the car and addressed all of them.
One other pointer was they were on time. They had finished with my car at the exact time they said they would!

Entrance was very difficult to find. Cars parked everywhere - like a zigzag and hence, ones need to navigate through this zigzag maze to find the entrance. There wasn't any clear access for wheelchair user. Entrance wasn't clearly signposted. Overall, it wasn't a very good experience.
