3 years ago my mother had the pleasure of meeting the lovely staff at this branch and ended up leasing a Nissan Juke through the Motability Scheme.
Now, 3 years later, she has returned to this branch and leased another car from them, due to the impeccable service that she has received from them over the last 3 years.

The key issue with many of these car showrooms is consistent communication & service. They are understaffed and continue to try and sell when they've not been able to complete the sale fully. My sale didn't go through due to a major issue found before the handover.
Covid didn't help but payments were left in limbo for around a month before I he eventually got the refund sorted and found another car elsewhere. The other show room had much in the same, great hard sales but poor after service.

I decided to wait because it was easiest for me and they surpised me by getting it done quite quickly... Mind you they said EV cars tend to be easy and quick to do.
The car came out with a really good bill of health on battery, the car was cleaned in and out and also all the spider webs were gone (don't know why spiders are seem to be attached to my car... Thank you so much for getting rid of them)

The dealership Glyn Hopkins North London were very accommodating in terms of meeting these needs and being flexible in terms of appointments, test drives, car searching, finances and the final deal that we weren’t actually intending on buying our car from here, but the service we received persuaded us to get our car from them. I am about to purchase a car from your Stamford Hill dealership. Like many customers, it is a huge expense to me and I was very apprehensive about buying a car. I did not have an idea of what car I was going to buy and really how much I was willing to spend. I just knew that I didn't want to spend too much. A young man introduced himself as Riyaad (apologies if the name is spelt wrong. What a superb salesman and a lovely young man. An absolute credit to the company.
I visited twice and he spent a total of hours answering every conceivable question and didn't mind that I was going backward and forward with decisions. He encouraged me to take my time and didn't put any pressure on at all for a sale. I could tell that he was genuine in his effort to make sure that I was happy.

My girlfriend arranged to test drive a car with Riyaadh at Glyn Hopkins Nissan, North London. I went along with her. The questions; who will be purchasing this car & who will be the main driver, made it clear to him that this was completely her purchase for her use.
Riyaadh, an enthusiastic young man is clearly passionate about selling cars, unfortunately however, not as adept at reading people and listening to the customer. He lost his sale when he (unknowingly maybe) pitched his sale to me (a man) instead of my girlfriend.
There were many times that he got side tracked talking to me about our shared hobbies and not asking my girlfriend (who is buying the car) anything, little did he know she is a bit of a petrol head and more into cars than me.
When showing us different models on the iPad he faced it towards me, making it difficult and awkward for my girlfriend to see so she had to peer around the side and crook her neck to get a look at the different cars available. When going through the finances he explained it too fast and just assumed I had a clue what he was talking about because I am a guy. My girlfriend is a first time car buyer and needed the financial things explained clearly, not brushed over.
This created quite a awkward ambiance that he did not notice, as he was quite excited to have a customer he thought he could talk to like a mate. Its fine to be friendly and personable, but do so with your customer not her boyfriend.
Riyaadh is a great sales advisor and he really knows his cars. Despite his youthful short comings and laddish/ sexist ways she was still considering buying the car. Unintentionally excluding a woman from the conversation for her purchase is a big mistake. Clearly unaware and unintentional, as time went on the sexism was so apparent and left us shocked and increasingly annoyed. I know Riyaadh will learn from this experience to sell to his actual customer for the future.
