Purchased a brand new car with Brian’s help and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Brian was never pushy, always was so patient & professional with me and my million questions which he answered to! So helpful and thankful for Brian sourcing my car especially with the shortage of chips about atm! Any delays I was always updated with in advance, paper work was done smoothly!

I’ve acquired my previous car in different branch of Grange, but need to admit - guys in Woodford are not only real professionals but make the whole process painless, fast yet thorough. They even managed to find a solution to my cherished plates flip to the new vehicle so we haven’t wasted any time and it did not caused additional costs on my side. I’d love to say “can’t wait to come back” but I really love the new car I got from them so it may take a while, although at any stage - I know where to go first!

Great customer service this week at Grange LR Woodford. I took my Discovery in for its first service and received a comprehensive breakdown of checks and, surprisingly, a video of the underside/tyre checks. This is a great innovation and I enjoyed seeing what goes on under my vehicle seeing as I spend so much time in it. The staff were courteous and efficient and had my car ready and waiting within a couple of hours. Great work from the GLR team.

I purchased a new Vogue P400E here in March 2020.
Although the dealership was polite and professional
I was unhappy with the car from the start.
I bought the car for my daily commute.
The P400E was advertised at the time with an electric only range of
up to 31 miles, although I found from day one that in reality driving
to work daily at 5am - 30mph all the way I actually only got 12 miles of electric range before the car showed zero electric remaining! even though i did not even have the heater switched on!
When i tried to reject the car as "Not as advertised" I was politely told
by Grange that you cannot reject on this basis as the car was advertised as "Up to 31 miles" lol.....I argued that the car was on charge overnight each day and before leaving home the dashboard would show 100% electric charge but only 20 mile range available! so how could there be an up to 31 mile electric range ever available?
Then when I actually started my commute i disappointingly found that it was all out of electric after just 12 miles of the journey.
I love Range Rovers and have purchased 4x new Vogues over
the last 15 years, but in my experience the P400E is a waste of time coupled with the abrasive 4 cylinder petrol engine that is too small and unrefined for the weight of this vehicle.
My advise is unless you just need a P400E for very short commutes to work or just drop the kids off to school etc forget it, i would wait until Land Rover get their act together and bring out a proper electric car that is fit for purpose.
I have now sold the car and have a Mercedes EQC that has great build
quality, much better infotainment system and actually does 240 miles as advertised on a full electric charge.

My overall experience was amazing from the start to the finished. Arrived to the store not having made an appointment not realising I needed one but the receptionist quickly assisted us. The service centre and the staff couldn't be more helpful and Levi explained things I questioned very well. Not to do with the service and a little gripe with Land Rover but, I requested an update on Sat Nat and was told the only way to do that is to by a SIM card and put it in car. If I've paid for a car with Sat Nav I would expect it work according to it's purpose not have to buy an additional Sim card. This had never been explained before.
