Been looking for a 350e for ages and found one that fitted the bill at Hiltop Motors and wasn't disappointed. Very helpful staff and not pushy at all. Was a pleasure to deal with them and nothing was too much trouble. I will be recommending them to others for sure Thank you Jay and Carlo 🙌🏽

Brought my bmw from Hilltop motors, could not fault them in any way, great service. Non of this pushy sales technique like some show rooms i went to. Highly recommend so beautiful cars in stock so plenty to choose from

I went to look at an Audi A3. Jay was very helpful and there was no pressure. I purchased the car and when I got it home found a fault with one of the windows. I called Jay who advised me to take the car back, where they resolved the fault with no fuss. Excellent service

My whole experience was extremely good from the initial response to my first enquiry to when I drove away from the site with my car ( Mercedes C220 ) which I’ve had for a month now and am very very pleased with. The guy who met me was very professional and made me very welcome with tea and coffee. Paperwork completed quickly and efficiently and taxed the vehicle on the system saving me additional issues. Have already recommended this garage to a friend of mine so would happily recommend to anyone else.

It's not often I feel the need to leave a review but for Hilltop Motors, I will make an exception. I have purchased two cars from the firm, a Mini Cooper last year and more recently an Audi Q5. I was first drawn to Hilltop as they always seem to have an interesting mix of exciting cars. I dealt with a few members of the team but mostly Sean. He's been an absolute gentleman - knowledgeable, courteous and straightforward to deal with. A fault light appeared on the Audi dashboard a couple of months after my purchase. Sean and the team got the issue rectified swiftly without any charge to me. I work in sales and cannot fault their first class service before, during and after purchase. I don't think I'd get better from a Bentley / Rolls Royce dealer. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. They will be my first port of call next time I buy a car and I've been recommending them to friends and family.

I guess it comes down to them having the car with the spec we wanted but they really made the experience simple and straitforward, not pushy at all. Bought a Mercedes C180K from Hiltop about 2 months ago now. The service was second to none! The car was great for about a month and a half, however I was faced with a mechanical problem after 45 days of purchase - as you do with second hand cars. This was not a problem for me though, as it was dealt with instantly by the Hiltop team...they were very helpful, understanding and more importantly effective in the way in which they resolved the problem with my Merc. The matter was resolved within a day and it was all done in good manner. DEFINITELY recommend this showroom to anybody looking for a used quality car.

I purchased a 13 plate Volkswagen POLO from Hiltop motors in January 2017, the following day the vehicle broke down with a believed timing belt break. After some exchange I arranged for the vehicle to be transported back to the showroom. Hiltop motors were extremely accommodating, they offered a like for like swap for the defective vehicle and partially refunded the cost of transporting the vehicle that broke down back to the showroom. My overall experience with them has been excellent despite the issue with the first vehicle. Staff were professional, no complaints.

Can't fault these guys at all, not once were they pushy when purchasing a car and instead left it to me unless I wanted to ask something specific to which they knew what they were talking about. Friendly, helpful and very polite without being over the top. Took out extended warranty and when I needed it (general wear and tear coil springs) I received an excellent service and they dealt with the warranty company for me. took 4 days from the diagnostics to completing the work not bad considering they had to sort with the company first and then do the work as well, that along with it having to be convenient for myself to get there due to work otherwise it would have been even quicker. Never let one bad review put you off, there will always be one who says its bad no matter how good things are, always just add up the good reviews, the guys are really worth a look and make your own mind up from there. I for one will be going back even if only for a look to see what they have when I purchase my next car, Thanks guys
