I visited this branch just before it was about to close on Saturday at around 1725 hours. (I didn't know it was closing at this time.) The staff however remained highly professional and took the time to ask what we were looking for. Feeling that the store wanted to close, I said I would return the next day, but Faizal, (one of the salesmen) and his young colleague both went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and quickly understood what we were looking for within our budget. He found us the ideal car which we will no doubt be sorting out this week. Faizal was a no-nonsense straight to the point salesman who is efficient and professional.

I was given a great price on my part exchange vehicle with everything explained on how they came to its valuation. 6 Stars Treatment All The Way This was my second visit to Kia Hummingbird. Up until that moment I found the whole business of replacing my existing car stressful (needed to get a car ULEZ compliant) and I wasn't enjoying looking for a new car. This changed when I met Emal. He was very enthusiastic, courteous and a likeable young man. He was happy to provide information and when he didn't know the answer only too ready to find out. He was very transparent in his approach and did not give me the hard sell when upselling. In fact Emal tried and succeeded in getting me the best deal that was good for me. Unfortunately, Emal wasn't around to close the deal. In his absence I spoke to Tyrone who "closed the deal and brought it home" (and by then my new favourite person at Kia) in finishing off the last stages of the purchase. I made arrangements with him regarding picking up my car. I was slightly concerned about picking up my car and whether I would be given just about enough fuel to get to a petrol station if I could find one (bearing in mind the petrol shortage.) But Tyrone assured me that I would get my full quota as previously arranged. I also mentioned that I had a private plate which I wanted to transfer to my new car and he said he would help with this also. Tyrone was charming, genuine and was good with his word. When I came in to collect my car I was greeted by a very friendly and cheery not so young man (but young at heart and spirit! - just pulling your leg Simon!) As well as going through the basic operating features of the car; I mentioned that I had previously driven a manual car and the new one was an automatic. He offered to let me drive around the back of the showroom so that I was comfortable and confident enough to drive home. I have to say before that point I was uneasy about driving the car. However, with Simon's tuition my uneasiness soon disappeared. My new plates were fitted and transferred as per Tyrone's instructions by another friendly person called Michael. Just when I thought I couldn't meet anyone else, Ms Kia Hummingbird herself, Lucy, came and introduced herself to me and thanked me personally for returning to Kia and purchasing my car from Hummingbird we had a conversation about what the business meant to her and the fact that every customer is important to her. This review is longer than I had planned but I had to give a full account of the whole customer experience and what it meant to me. My final words are: THANK YOU ALL at Kia Hummingbird. You guys turned it around for me and made a miserable, stressful experience into something enjoyable. I love my Kia Picanto which I call Sadie and I'm proud to say I'm part of the KIA tribe. I am highly impressed with the customer care and service I received from Hummingbird Kia. I walked in with the intention of test driving the self charging Kia Niro. I did not have an appointment booked but from the moment I walked in I was greeted by a lovely lady in the reception who quickly managed to arrange an amazing sales man for me called Faisal. Faisal went above and beyond to give me an outstanding customer experience. He arranged for me to test drive the self charging Niro and the Stonic .
