I took my GR Yaris in for its 6 month safety check and the whole team were absolutely lovely and gave a great service whilst I waited for its completion. Its a huge shame this site is shutting down

I was told one price when I booked on the day at reception different price!!! I told the lady when I booked i mention that I drive private hire vehicle. After the service my car wasn't washed. I did get it in sidcup toyota dealer.

Excellent service. They picked up on a mechanical fault that two Toyota garages and a Quickfit could not detect. Sent a video showing the diagnosis, which was very helpful. I'll definitely go back.

Can't fault the work on the car, but customer service was severely lacking. Wasn't told car needed to stay at the garage until I had already left work early to collect it before the garage closed. Collection day was pushed back three times, which was necessary, but each time someone 'forgot' to tell me and I had to ring myself (often no one picked up). Pick up took almost 30 minutes, even though I arrived before customers who were served before me. I'd paid extra to use an accredited Toyota garage, just a shame about the customer service.

This is very good and efficient service I must say and add comparing to other Toyota services I have visited for 7 years in London. I must say as well the service level from my experience really depends on a person you are dealing with. That person became yours closest relative especialy if you are carring for your car. From my experience it is almost always you would not solve all your concerns at the first attempt, then where you need a trust to develop and rely on the service, so they can and like to deal with it. If you really like to have a personal touch and taking care of your issues does not matter how small are they you might want to choose this service.
