John was a good guy to deal with. We did a test drive then went back to the forecourt. He went in the office and left me to look over the car alone at my leisure, which I appreciated. I decided to buy the car, a Nissan Note and I am very pleased with it. I paid for the car using my credit card which was quick and simple. Overall, a pleasant experience and I now have a good car.

Today I've bought a Ford Galaxy and I was impressed by the dealers because they were fair with me. They've told me if I have problems with the car I could bring it them back to fix it. And I was impressed by John too because he didn't let me go until he explained me how the car works. I strongly recommend them.

I went to see a ford galaxy and was really pleased with the professional service I received from both John and Gary. There were a lot of galaxy's there and i didn't know which one to choose so I was given a test drive on 3 separate cars until i was happy with the one I wanted, there was no pressure to buy or hard selling involved. John even delivered my car to my house on the day that he promised and the car had been washed and cleaned really well. Not your average car dealer l would say. I found John to be straight up and very approachable. AFTER l had bought the car John had it professionally cleaned AND repaired a leak to the radiator. It may have been a cheaper car but John made sure l got proper service and l'm now driving in my BMW 5 series and it's the nicest car l've ever had ! Highly recommended. Cheers John ! Michael

Bought a Merc CLA which i needed quite urgently due to my previous car being stolen. John made it very clear the 2 issues the car had but I went ahead with purchase and he gave me his word that he would reimburse me for the faults which I had to get sorted at a different garage due to living 3 hours away from the dealership. I was not paid short. Thank you for being a trustworthy dealership and honest with your words. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding service from John. We bought a 3 year old Ford Galaxy from him blind, (we were 300 miles away) and so had to rely on his description and his word until we got to his lot. Car was in excellent order and exactly as described. Our train was delayed by an hour and a half, but John stayed on until we got there. I had a fantastic experience with Jetdrive from start to finish. John is a great guy and an absolute pleasure to deal with! I went in, vaguely knowing what I was after but as it was my first car in many years I was slightly cautious about the process. John set my mind at easy and made it incredibly easy for me, giving me advice and sourcing several options very quickly. Less than a week after my first visit he found and purchased the perfect car and I was back with them a week later signing the paperwork! There was a minor problem a few days in, but that was resolved in a heartbeat and the car came back better than before with an added clean! I can't sing Jetdrive's praises highly enough. Glad I found them and would recommend to anyone looking for a new car!

We bought a 14 plate Ford Galaxy from John - from start to finish, John was absolutely brilliant, a very genuine and friendly person to deal with. The process of buying a car was seamless, more so as he took our old Ford Galaxy off our hands for a very reasonable price. John was very transparent with the condition of the Galaxy we were buying, very knowledgeable about everything to do with the car. On the day we purchased it, John had the Galaxy ready for us to take for a test drive. After agreeing the deal, John even asked if he could keep the car for an extra week to address a few imperfections before he was happy to hand it over. He just recently bought a brand new set of mats as well to replace the ones that came with the car. We absolutely love the car - it is in A1 condition and is fantastic all round. John has a good selection of well presented cars and the BMW 5 series I purchased was an excellent example of cars John holds in stock. John offered me a fair price for my PX and the handover of the new car was a pleasant experience, even though we were running late for our appointment the handover was not rushed. John allowed me to have the car checked out at a local garage and promptly dealt with any issues raised as well as getting a full MOT - all with no extra cost on the asking price. John had the car ready when we arrived he even put some fuel in for us , let us use his computer to arrange tax and waited whilst we changed insurance. Nice little touches.

After a 30 year love affair with Saab 900s, an injury indicated that I had to give up driving a manual car and seek an automatic. What could replace my beloved car? Where to go when I've only bought cars from one dealer all my driving life? I was hesitant to say the least. After a considerable web search I alighted upon a rather beautiful Mercedes CLK 230 Cabriolet with only 50,000 miles on the clock at a fair price at Jetdrive. So far, so good. But as a woman who likes cars but has scant knowledge about what's under the bonnet, I was nervous about making the purchase. Who was I going to meet. Were they going give me the hard sell that I hate? Were they going to sell me a complete lemon? 'No' is the answer to both. John took pains to tell me that he'd only just taken the car in part exchange and that he wanted to do a bit of work on it before he showed it to me. He then explained what the few issues were. No ghastly hard sell then. We were off to a good start and this continued throughout the whole process. At all times I've been met with helpful suggestions and reassuring responses from John who has repeatedly gone the extra mile to help me and to ensure that I'm happy with my new car. Which I am. I've ended up with a lovely car at a good price from a very decent bloke who I'm happy to recommend. Tip: Round the corner from Jetdrive is Highams Park Motor Company, a very good mechanical garage who will give you an independent assessment on a second hand car for a lower fee than the RAC. Like John, they too were very helpful and straightforward to deal with.

I’m genuinely impressed with this outfit. We came in for an upgrade from the kiddy bus to something with a little more style. John had a silver ML280 that almost fitted the bill, and we spent some time thinking about a land rover, neither of which were quite right. John took the time to get to know what we were looking for, mostly by listening to why the others didn’t quite work. He showed good grace whilst we ummed and ahhed over the ML and Landy for a few days , during which time he found what was for us the perfect car, a black and chrome ML280. He was accommodating whist we obsessed over a snag list of very small points that we needed sorted before we’d commit (all of which were resolved) and showed infinite patience whilst we jumped through the hoops to sort out the finance. All of the negotiations were done with good humour; it really was a pleasure doing business with him. After all the effort on his part, the price I paid was less than the parkers valuation for an independent dealer. So in short , Great service, Great Price, Top bloke.

Five stars - would give six if the system allowed. Truly spotless, expert service and we bought amazing car - delivered to "as new" standard. John is proud of his business and cares for his customers' satisfaction. In our case, after agreeing to buy, as he saw we had one point of doubt John offered to have the windscreen replaced at no additional cost. Cars are professionally valeted. We will certainly go back for repeat purchase; and John, please let us know when the first 7 seater hybrids become available!
