After using many different mobile washers and detailers and not being overly impressed I tried Koi Detailing out. The first time Jeff came over and did an immaculate job on the car both inside and out. Having previously washed all my own cars obsessively it was clear to see that the work and attention to detail is of the highest standard. Recently had the pleasure to meet Joseph who washed two cars that were heavily coated in dust and the standard clearly carries through the company. Again a perfect job. The customer service by Melanie is exceptional. I will continue to use Koi in the future for washes and intend to make use of their full detailing service when the time comes.

Easy to book and excellent service. We chose the K2 (most popular) clean which took a little over 2 hours to complete. The finish inside and out was pristine. Koi Detailing were very knowledgeable with what they were carrying out. Things I wasn't too sure about, they would explain and give me advice on how to maintain in between their visits. I had the K3 package which was at a very reasonable price and the results were outstanding. My car has never been soo clean, practically felt brand new! :) I like that they can attend and provide their service while I'm at work also. Very handy for anyone that is constantly on the move! Would highly recommend them to friends, family or anyone looking to have their car treated.
