Instantly greeted, left to browse in peace with the keys, available for any questions answered instantly and without asking I was offered an unaccompanied test drive. I will consider their stock first next time I am looking for my next car. Nice and helpful car preparers, management and owners.

Good experience of buying a car for wife from them. Extremely helpful polite throughout the purchase. Pleased with the purchase. The only downside was when I drove off the forecourt and heading for home I saw the petrol warning light was on and had to head for the nearest petrol station to fill up with fuel. Had my wife been driving probably would not had noticed could have been stranded. An unexpected distraction when driving a different car for the first time.

We recently bought our daughter a Mini One from LDSM . They were great to deal with and the transaction was smooth. The Mini One came with a 3 month warranty. Unfortunately, 2 days before the warranty expired, the engine had started to smoke and use oil more quickly. We called LDSM and without hesitation they asked us to drop the car back and they arranged for the works/repair. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are professional and friendly with outstanding customer service. The Mini is a great buy and runs like a dream too. Fantastic!

My Daughter in law recently purchased a vauxhall meriva from LDSM. Buy with confidence! I bought a Vauxhall Astra Twin-Top from LDSM Cars in January 2020. From the first point of contact the standard of customer service was excellent. The car was exactly as advertised, drove well, was in excellent condition - all at a very reasonable price! After buying the car a minor fault became apparent. Although this was not specifically covered under the warranty, this was immediately rectified by LDSM (as well as replacing a headlamp bulb that I hadn’t mentioned as was about to replace!). I have no hesitation in recommending LDSM and will be purchasing my son’s next car from them when it’s soon due for replacement.

LDSM Cars is the best car dealer I have ever come across. I bought a second hand Mercedes ML from them last year at a very competitive price. What really stand out with the team at LDSM is their quality of service and their genuine friendliness. I had a couple of issues with the car - which they couldn't prevent to be honest - and each time they were extremely helpful and found a solution for me. Solius and Andrew are great guys. If every car dealer was like them, the world would be a happier place! I'll be buying my next car from them, no doubt about that!

I bought a renault twingo at the end of January and only recently went back for the first check-up that they offer as part of their selling service. I had a small issue and it was promptly fixed by their mechanic at no extra charge as they previously mentioned they would. The service was always courteous, professional and honest throughout the whole selling process and beyond.

Fantastic customer service from these guys. We test drove a VW Polo and were very pleased with it, no pressure to buy at all and the 7 day warranty and free check ups were an added bonus. What can I say about LDSM? The most helpful, assisting and attentive staff I have ever come across when buying a car. It appears nothing is too much for them when it comes to assisting their customers. I bought a car almost a year ago. Yesterday I came across an issue with it - now I know they did not have to assist because of this duration, but they did. I cannot fault them at all. Everything was explained to me, even as far as 'it is always good practice for drivers to learn about the mechanics of their car' just the basics, such as tyre and battery changing. I know of no other car sales people who would go out their way and assist after the customer purchased a vehicle almost a year after without seeing $$$ signs. As a previous reviewer wrote 'AVOID' I would certainly say 'DO NOT' I don't write many posts, if any at all, but on my experience this morning with one of their most professional staff, I felt this had to be done. Customer care, customer service, customer satisfaction. I suggest you remember these words before you are consider buying another car elsewhere. There are some good dealers out there I know, but I've yet to come across any who treat a customer like family not just someone who has walked off the street.

I bought my first car off LDSM Cars. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I bought a fiat 500 and they were very helpful - they really went out of their way for me. I had an unexpected fault which was no fault of their own, however they really went the extra mile to resolve it, they even gave me a replacement car until mine was fixed which they didn’t have to do!!! They are a company you can really trust. The staff are also lovely people, I’m really grateful for their help in buying my first car that I love and it’s in perfect condition!!! Was able to buy a great budget car, didn't feel rushed or pressured. The guys where honest and where happy to complete some work on the car before I picked it up Foc. Just before 3 months old the Car had some problems however when I rung to inform them they where friendly and got it booked in, and fixed all outstanding issues at no charge. They where even able to lend me a car while they sorted it. I will be recommending LDSM to friends and family.

We called them up and they told us exactly which part to buy online and the fitted it free of charge. I expected to pay a fee for their time but they insisted it was no problem.
