d. h.I can't fault the level of professionalism of the Service Team at LEVC, Brewery Road. In particular, thanks to Carol for her super efficiency! They always go out of their way to support me with the maintenance of my cab and keep me well informed as to the progress of work being carried out. I have been an owner driver for 30 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
S.A marked change in attitude towards the customer from the service department. First time I was actually treated like a valued customer! Let's hope it keeps up. Would be happy to recommend to others if it does.

M. A.They are very professional in a family type of atmosphere considering they’re under the extreme pressure as you would find in a family. The reason being that in a dealership like this everyone knows everyone and the good and bad travels fact within the trade. Personally I believe and because of this scenario all senior management from Ansty should spend one week each in this environment. I was recently privileged to carry some of the senior people from PRC and I think I opened their eyes to things they don’t quite understand. Being a London cabbie for the past 37 years I think this is about as best as it’s been. In particular I would like to single out Carol she has a calming affect over drivers when they come in in a predominantly male environment. Also young Ryan has taken on the lead role very quickly backed up by Andre, Gary and George. Occasionally we get to meet some of the technicians and they all seem pleasant and helpful even though they are under extreme pressure. The one criticism of the company is the fact that they’re a number of dealerships in London who do not seem to want to actually out warranty work which puts addition pressure on Brewery Road and consequently there regular customers have to wait even longer for repairs. I feel this needs to be addressed.

m. s.Unfortunately my cab failed its overhaul and my local garage couldn’t touch the cab for 2 weeks and didn’t have a loan cab. I rang Brewery Road and dealt with George. He had me in a loan cab the next day and returned my cab repaired and plated the next week. The whole transaction was seamless.
D. P.Carol is very helpful and understanding and is always available to talk and sort out problems, be it at the service department or on the phone, even if she can’t answer your call immediately she will always get back to you. A great asset to the company.

But I've been to Brewery Road few times they solve the problems quicker, for me you're in different league . Keep the good work .
G. C.This is my first visit to have any work done on my Cab. They drove the cab round the block and diagnose the problem immediately, booked it in to be repaired today, I I have deducted one star because of the length of time it took. That said the staff were exceptionally nice and good fun.

S. M.The sales people are very helpful and always look after me. The after sales people really try hard, but they are over worked - the reason being: the manufacturing quality control of the TXE needs to be improved. Regular LEVC commissioned, independent drivers' TXE quality surveys, which are then actually IMPLEMENTED and resolved by LEVC will rectify the manufacturing quality problems.
