I can not speak highly enough of the professionalism of all the staff at Lexus Edgeware road. Especially Rina Greer the sales person dealing with the purchase of our new car, she was exceptional in her knowledge and ability, nothing was too much trouble. I have bought different makes of cars over the years but have never had such a enjoyable straight forward experience, thanks to Rina. As for the car a RX450 H I just wish I had bought one years ago the performance and comfort are amazing as well as being fuel efficient.

Excellent service received at Lexus, Edgeware from all of the staff, including the receptionist. I was especially impressed by the sales person Joe who served us both times. I found him to be very patient, honest and professional and gave me and my family his full attention each time we visited. Would highly recommend this car showroom and can't wait till my new Lexus NX450 arrives!!

The staffs here are very professional and they go a step further to show they truly know their trade. The premises are clean and well organised. Checking in my car was a cinch. I was given follow up calls to ensure they got the services right and that there is no issues after I picked up my car.

I have been a customer for the past nine years and while my car has been outstanding, the customer service has been superb beyond description. Out of all the wonderful people I have come across, I have to name three. Their virtue is that from the moment you set foot in their showroom until one leaves, they make one feel like being home away from home. Angie and Chan at reception, like in any business, form the first impressions when arriving. They are great hosts, and beyond the excellent service one gets accustomed to at Lexus, they are truly engaging, beyond the mere technicalities of one's visit. Over the years, through our conversations we have gained a glimpse of our respective families and lives, our children/grandchildren growing up together, sharing the ups and downs of the past year (as we usually only met once a year for servicing). I have no idea what the Executive Team was on, when they decided to install the now universally deployed options menu when calling? Lexus has never been associated with average and no voice menu however intuitive can rival the quality and professionalism coupled with empathy that Angie and Chan embody. It is a poor replacement for this fantastic team. Last but not least, Ash my "engineer team" to borrow a term from F1, who has been available whenever I or my car needed him, always looking for genuine solutions and going above and beyond what he is employed to do. Always with a smile, whether I was his first early customer or his last late-running one. Like with Angie and Chan, our discussions involved our children, our headaches and our good news too. We have developed a true friendship amongst us all and this trio represent the best ambassadors Lexus can wish for. Wishing you all the best, you deserve it.

WE came to view a Lexus at the week end , Angela Sibley was assisting us to check out the cars. She extremely helpful, very bubbly person and so kind to show us the cars. Her hospitality was fabulous..I was extremely impressed.She handed the relevant salespersons card..Although I had a difficulty reaching this particular sales person.I had to come back to the showroom another day to physically book appointment to test drive the car. She was quite helpful. Thank you.

Without a doubt, management material and a credit to the Lexus Edgware Road team. Passionate about the Lexus brand which was demonstrated through our conversations. Very responsive to emails and we were able to view test-drive and purchase within a few days. He understood our urgency to purchase a car fit for a new baby and therefore we required boot and back seat space. Afzal was able to explain the add ons very well and explain them in detail.
