Took the car in for an MOT and service. Just really, really terrible all round. Dangerous, disorganised and dishonest - issues too numerous to mention. Also terrible customer service. Gave Head of Aftersales, Symon Cook, every opportunity to respond and make amends, but received nothing back after chasing three times over two months. Take heed of the other poor reviews on here and take your business elsewhere unless you want a costly, shambolic experience. Not what i expected from an approved Land Rover dealership. Update: Eventually heard from the dealership. Symon Cook contacted me and offered an explanation along with an apology and a free service. Happy that they have acknowledged the situation and are striving to make amends. Hopefully there will be no further problems.

I went to Landrover Battersea today to exchange my car and I had a great experience. I was looked after by Mr Andrew Baker. He went far and beyond to help as my car insurance company had a system failure and they were unable to transfer my previous car insurance to the new one.... After 3 hours of being on the phone with the Directline, I was ready to go home without the any car as I didn’t have the insurance paperwork for the new car. Mr Baker managed to organize a complementary insurance cover through Landrover and I finally made it home with the new car. I am very grateful of the customer service, I had received today. 🙏🙏

We had an excellent experience from Lookers Battersea who located a VW Sharan for us on the Motability Scheme, our daughter also has a Motability vehicle from another company and whilst we were at Lookers she got a flat tyre the staff at Lookers went out of their way to ensure her car tyre was replaced in their service department enabling us to travel home. We found the staff to be very empathic and attentive my husband who has sadly passed away accompanied us to Lookers and the staff were very kind and patient as we transferred him from our car to their showroom and they helped reassure us that his wheelchair fitted comfortably. We were kept informed throughout the process as we waited for our new car to be available for collection. Our test drive was also in the managers own vehicle. We had an excellent experience dealing with Lookers whose staff really looked after all of us. While the service in this Garage is often far from "best in class" there is now a light at the end of the tunnel as there are now more people who care about the clients. Top of the list based on my personal experience is Mr. Mansur Yakoob followed by Mrs Katie Hayes. Since the delay was communicated to us, Lookers LR Battersea have worked hard to find a work around solution for us in the interim. Just had my Range serviced. They said they had done a complimentary wash of the outside. I shall remember next time to ensure they don't do it again as the car was cleaner before they "washed" it. Though they offered to redo it, I didn't have the time. Maybe a quality check should be made before releasing the car to customers. Not happy.

Just collected my car from Landrover Battersea for a service and MOT. I originally bought my Landrover in 2015 from this dealer and have always had it maintain there. One thing that stuck out on this visit was one of the service advisors who was very informative and smart and had great customer service. His name was Yianos Praos and is a credit to Landrover Battersea.

But they really have overhauled the whole process and my land rovers recent service was excellent - from the receptionist to the client service guy, Mansour, to the engineer working on repairing and valeting the vehicle, it was an efficient and excellent service, with lots of communication during the service so there were no surprises at the end.
