Having experienced bad service from many of their competitors. Audi Wimbledon always provide a 5 star service, they look after your car and nothing is ever too difficult. Very friendly people and great quality work. Coffees decent too ;-)

I had to get my car fixed urgently as a previous Audi garage was closed due to Covid19. The Guys there could not have been more helpful. They fixed a mistake from the previous garage and provided an alternative car to use. I can’t recommend enough! I will now use these guys to maintain my car in the future. Great place to buy a new Audi. Sales guys were very helpful and cut a good deal. One thing to watch out for is the site is a traditional site and not a mega showroom like one on way to Heathrow so if you want to see a specific model call to make sure they have one! New car pick up is handled well going through everything with you. Servicing department is very helpful and professional.

Took my car in for investigation. Technicians couldn't find the fault (Understood a fault was there). Paid £144 and told to come back in a couple of weeks. 2 weeks was too long so I took it to another independent garage, who diagnosed/repaired it. Went back to Marshall and requested a refund as they hadn't done anything for me. Eventually got the refund but if your car isn't under warranty then go to a local garage or another Marshall branch instead (Bromleys apparently alright) as £140 per hour for diagnosing isn't justified.

absolutely brilliant service, I have been having problem with my Q5, have tried and spent too much money with local garages, even Audi bexley but could not get the problem sorted until I found Audi Wimbledon. They tackle problems straight on, quick and very effective. customer service is also outstanding, personally a big thank to Rachel who is very responsive and understanding. Thank you team Audi Wimbledon.

Really nice and polite staff and the place is easy to find and park at. Car was left with them for about a week and they kept me updated about the progress. The repair ended up being much cheaper than a local garage had quoted me, so overall I was very impressed.

I lost the locking nut to my A4 & Kwik Fit could not change the wheel as I had a flat. They charged £124 but had to refund it. I had the car taken over to Audi & they not only replaced the locking nut & gave me a new set but they also put on new tyre all for £130. I was quite distressed by this time & they calmed me down & gave me coffee. I do not live nearby, but I would always go here if I could.

Today My car was in for software update after diesel scandal and I ve had some mods on my car ..the gent from Audi told me that the car is going back to square one.. I wasn t too happy and I ve asked them if they can add them back.. so they did..and the car was nice and clean inside outside.. they re not great but comparing with other Audi branches they ve seemed more'down to earth'. At the moment I can recommend Audi Wimbledon service department.
