Booked my car in for a full service with Adrian, he got me in within 2 days and had the car done within 2 hours while I had a coffee at the cafe next door! Really professional, friendly service and I felt I could trust him not to rip me off unlike some others! Definitely recommend.

Great Job!!!! I picked up my van today...at the time it was promised (actually a few minutes earlier than promised) and I was VERY happy with the work that was done! I was very lucky to stumble upon this garage when others were unble to fix my car. I was told by many that sudden engine power loss could be caused by various reasons and no one was keen on the job. At Mass Motors it didn't take long to get it repaired properly (my car drives fine ever since and it was fixed over a year ago). I dont usually write reviews but hope it helps someone in a similar situation when other garages let you down and you are in a slight despaire. This place is outstanding on many levels; fab customer service, competency and great value for money equally.
