Organisations need to understand that its nigh on impossible to get good staff these days with the knowledge and experience to deliver first class customer service. Here you have two individuals who are at the top of their game. Retain good staff and pay them accordingly. Its money well invested. They are the face of the organisation. I can highly recommend them both if you ever visit the parts department...

A big thank you to Mike for the wonderful customer service! Brought my C Class on Monday for a investigation as steering wheel was making a knocking sound when turning, while the garage was undergoing repairs to my car i was frequently updated and by Friday morning was all fixed under warranty. Cannot be more grateful from the service recieved today from Nick Prevost. My car which I bought from Collindale had a check engine light which when I took it to the local dealership they made it into a huge job and quoted me an astronomical figure even though the car is under dealer warranty. I had a car with Mercedes for 4 years under PCP and the contract was up. I knew that I wanted to stay at Mercedes for my next car and before I walked into the showroom I knew with quite some confidence the car I'd like to get. Unfortunately, the salesperson who was dealing with my account was handling business from another customer so Mohammad Iqbal stepped up and helped with my account. He was extremely helpful and understood that I was happy with my selection of car and didn't waste any time in showing us all the different options available. He managed to convince his manager Nick Clamp to give a further discount because I was a returning customer, ensuring my business stays with Mercedes. Overall it was a great experience and Mohammad took great care of me. I'd recommend Mercedes Colindale for their diligence and customer service, especially Mohammad who handled everything on my behalf.

All the staff are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the coffee machine was not working, we sat there for an hour (which was not a problem) without any drink,we were very dehydrated especially in a hot day like today.

I’ve had my car serviced here multiple times but on this occasion I am extremely disappointed and annoyed. Not only did they waste 1.5 hours of my day they didn’t carry out the service to the level expected when paying a premium to have it serviced here. I do not want to blame Deven, because his manor was polite, however I was informed at 1pm via text that my car would be ready between 15:00-17:00pm. I went to the garage for 16:30, however my car was not ready because I had a voicemail left at 15:37 saying it failed an MOT and required additional fitting of parts - why message me the car would be ready?! I had already started my journey and so I had to wait 1 hour whilst this work was carried out. On completion of the work at 17:15 I was told my car was ready, and on inspection I found a unwashed, uncleaned car (standard service offered when serviced at MB). I asked for the car to be washed. Now 18:00, having been waiting around for 1.5 hours I was walked to the car by Deven. On inspection I find still a dirty interior and rushed exterior clean (not to the usual standard of cleaning) because it had been rushed at the end of the day. Poor service standard this time around, Normally they are good.

I had a diagnostic check and a thermostat replaced at the Mercedes in Colindale. Dropped the car off on the Wednesday morning and collected the following day! Overall smooth process. Farah from the invoicing team was extremely helpful. She answered every query promptly and in a professional manner no question too large or small for her. She also made sure the car was ready for collection so no waiting times. Payment process was also easy via email. All in all fantastic customer service!

Good and bad experience... After waiting a month for my car to be repaired [parts had to come from Germany - so no fault of Colindale] car was repaired swiftly. However, my pride and joy [C63 AMG] was given back to me filthy and covered in pigeon droppings. Needless to say I was fuming!! Asked to speak to the manager [Neil / Niall] who unfortunately bore the brunt of my anger. Credit due...he listened, apologised and had the car washed immediately. Therefore, he has my gratitude for doing his part to resolve the situation. Front desk staff are as useful as an ash tray on a motor bike and a disgrace to the MB brand...wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them and are absolutely clueless! Words of advise if you have to deal with colindale...do not take their word that the car is repaired. Question them!!! Was given the visual health check document, asked if the items listed had been rectified e.g. "has the power assisted steering been fixed"...was told "no". They had to get a second person to answer my question...who then said yes. I know they are still wrong. Considering the visual health check sheet states "sweating around oil sump area" why didn't anyone at Colindale take the time and explain the issue [rhetorical question]. Colindale your front desk staff are appalling…hire a better team who take pride in the MB name and not just bums on seats!!! PS - Yes the front desk never answer the phone...I managed to speak to my case manager in Netherlands but never anyone at Colindale...

I've been here a couple of times for an MOT and some defects. Margaret working at customer service is a very lovely lady who is very welcoming. She helped me get an adviser to take my car in. My adviser was Matthew who was very humble and very helpful, I came in 10 minutes after they had closed and while Matthew had already changed clothes and was on his way out, he stayed to rectify another issue I pointed out on my car. They fixed the initial defect under warranty and no charges were applied, what more could I have asked for?

Excellent experience. I came during the Christmas period but this didn't mean the level of service I received slipped. I visited the service centre for my Mercedes to have it's 1 year service. I was served by a service centre employee named Farah. She was bright, enthusiastic and friendly. I would defiantly come back to have my car serviced here in the future. Every thing was as he said it would be and he took time to show us how to operate everything before we left dealers. Very good so far. New to Mercedes. Tried not to be put off by these reviews and glad that I wasn't. Welcoming helpful staff. Salesman, George, had a pleasant manner, helpful not pushy. Showed us the car I was interested in, valuation of PX was quick and not unreasonable. Test drive next day. No waiting. Negotiations were straightforward. Mercedes delivered to me - helpful handover - not too long. They picked up and returned by arrangement the next week to sort out some minor details. Couldn't have been more helpful really. I love the car cdi350. Not too happy about the requirement for annual service but took out the care plan and they say the car will be collected and returned. Its been a good experience. Recommended.

That was the first time I serviced my car at the Edgware branch, and I truly believe they have the best customer service ,compare the rest of the Mercedes services in London . As soon as I arrived I felt I am really welcomed , had some small issue with my car, they called the service manager "Ricardo" straight away. I recently bought a Mercedes C200 from Colindale dealership, the staff were very friendly a salsman called HP was very helpful. The only downfall i wasn't provided with the car manual handbook when i got the car but when i questioned this it was promised to me that it will be sent to me by post and I should receive it with in a couple of days. Eventualy after sevral phone calls to Mercedes Colindale (including customer service) a week later i recived the manual handbook and got charged for the postal delivery which i found very bizarre considering it was Mercedes error. Overall satisfied. Two months later the car I bought, developed a fault where the Engine management light came on. I called the sales man who sold me the car his name is HP he was excellent and very helpful he asked me to bring the car and they will sort it out for me. I took the car and everyone was helpful, it turned out to be an Nox sensor that was faulty. They changed it as it was still under warranty but it did take a week to fix a part from that well done 👍 Mercedes at Colindale and like to mention the excellent customer service that offers the old lady at the reception desk and HP the salesman both are good assets to Mercedes .

I recently walked into Mercedes Colindale with an intention to buy a used A Class, but fell in love with the new A Class Saloon. I decided to go for this but under the Motability Scheme and even though it's not the same as purchasing the vehicle (commission/sales wise) Mr Ikraam Khan made me and my wife feel just as important and valued. Mr Khan took his time to go over the process and answered the many questions we asked with courtesy and in detail. To illustrate the excellent Customer Service given by Mr Khan, he went all out to arrange an earlier pick up slot by 2 days at my behest (due to personal reasons), this was made even more challenging as the pick up date I requested fell on a special event day for which Mr Khan had to prepare for. In spite of all this Mr Khan arranged it all and on the day didnt rush through the handover process....and to top it all off he even made me coffee! I have been so impressed that I have promoted Mercedes Colindale to all my close friends and relatives some of whom will be in contact with Mr Khan soon. Talk to Indy. He worked within the time frame I had and the team did everything they could to get exactly the car I wanted in a short 2 week time frame. Know that if you want every option exactly the way you want it, it will take 12 weeks as they will put it into the production line for you. The financing was no hassle as most of the paperwork could be e-mailed and scanned back. At delivery, they made sure that it was a special occasion for you by placing your car in the showroom, ready for you to unveil. Obviously, for a luxury brand, there was absolutely no pressure to buy, not even after the initial test drive. They inform me that they have had a change in staff and are responding to poor customer reviews. I look forward to speaking to them again just before my three year lease is up.

The only down side is the price. They ask for an arm and a leg to fix what's wrong with your car. One may say "yeah, it's a premium brand, what did you expect?" but what if you own a Smart car? That is not a premium brand, however the service price will be premium. 100 pounds just for diagnosis? To plug the OBD scanner and run a scan. 5 minutes work will set you back 100 quid. The staff was friendly, and willing to help though. If you have the money and don't mind spending it, I would recommend this place.

Absolutely superb. I live in South West Wales and had been looking for a specific model of used Mercedes. Colindale had two in stock and having spoken to the salesman Shiar Koshnaw, took his advice and chose my car without viewing it, due to the distance. The car is outstanding in every way, Shiar's advice exemplary and the whole experience of dealing with him and Colindale could not be improved upon. The entire process was very friendly and relaxed but at the same time supremely professional. I shall return to Shiar in the first instance for any other car we wish to purchase. I would also add that in terms of price, package and value for money, Colindale were head and shoulders above other Mercedes dealers. In fact their retail prices are actually better than non-franchised garages and when you factor in the used car warranty and all the other benefits of buying from the main dealer, it simply wasn't worth even considering a non-franchised purchase. A man named Ikram Khan helped my mother to purchase a brand new GLA 220d AMG Line vehicle at the Mercedes event in July. He approached us whilst we were waiting to talk to someone and from the first moment we met he was very engaging and helped my mum to get her dream car. I'm quite surprised by the number of negative reviews for MB Colindale. I've found their service department to be courteous, helpful and cost-conscious e.g. SL350 service at LESS than originally quoted price. I've been taking my car there for servicing and repairs for a few years and have found them to go out of their way to help me. I'm part way through a dialogue involving an MB Tier 1 Warranty claim, so may be able to add more when the matter is resolved ... but for now, I suggest you disregard the negatives about the quality of their service department. (I haven't bought a car from this branch since my wife's Smart and that was too long ago for any comment to have relevance).

Last Friday took my 3 week merc 4 a service. At colindale branch. The only helpful people were the security people who check u in. The assistants who deal with u are not good or helpfull. They have an attitude. The person who dealt with taking my car in was like a child. Unkind unhelpfull. Not commited 2 his job being in britain. To call this branch or any 2 get through it can take 15 mins. Then when I asked 4 Matt no 1 knew who he was. Then he was located. But I do hope I don't get him next time. My 4yr old C220 BlueTec was due its MOT when the EML came on and it was diagnosed that the NOX Sensor Bank 1 (upstream)was faulty. Ordinarily this would cost circa £600 to have it replaced. However the mechanic then informed me the Bank 2 (downstream) NOX Sensor needed replacing as well & by then the total bill would be around £1100. The Mercedes rep I was dealing with named Leon Carrara then proceeded to liase with his manager and they agreed to carry out the work on Mercedes Goodwill which meant I only ended up paying for the MOT (£54) instead of over a grand. Now this is what I call service and I cannot recommend this garage enough to any Mercedes owner or future owner. Absolutely marvellous service
