I had an excellent experience here. I had to wait a little while for my appointment but the staff kept us plied with drinks and we spent the time checking out the cars in the showroom. We worked with the aptly named Tom Cooper and he was excellent. He answered all my questions and kept me relaxed during the two test drives we did. I bought a brand new Mini Cooper 5dr Hatch at Mini Park Lane. The sale representative that assisted me (Paige Gipson) made the whole process so pleasant and convivial. Being a first time buyer, I was hoping to be treated with patience and understanding with all my questions. I never felt pressured to buy and my interrogations were attended with great care and respect. The after-sale service has been up to my expectations beyond expectations. They are always eager to make sure that I am pleased with my all the request I make (sending documents, keeping in touch quickly, answering technical questions). I thought being in Park Lane that I would pay a premium by using this dealer. I wanted to purchased a mini convertible, 2 - 4 years old and found one on Auto Trader. The price was perfectly comparable but the service I received from the dealer was amazing. 2 lovely ladies (both called Lauren) sorted my car from 1st enquiry to collection within 26 hours. ("It can't be done" said Lauren No1 - "but we will try"). They did try and succeeded. The entire experience was faultless. With my lease car shortly to be returned I decided that rather than opt for another company car I would buy a late used Mini Clubman. I saw just the car I was looking for advertised by Mini Park Lane but was a bit apprehensive, given the current COVID restrictions, about buying a car without having an opportunity to see it. I made an enquiry and was contacted very promptly by Laura Parker who was a delight to deal with. Laura could not have been more helpful. Laura inspected the car for me and sent a comprehensive video review and explained that if I did decide to buy and was not at all happy I had 14 days to return the car. Laura arranged everything including delivery. The car is spotless; just as described and I am very happy with it along with the service provided by Laura and her colleagues.

To be quite frank, words cannot describe my recent experience with Mini Park Lane and especially Chris Thompson. I was looking to purchase a mini coupe for myself as it was my birthday and had looked around everywhere from Autotrader to second hand dealers for the right car within my budget. I then thought I’d give Mini Park Lane a try in which as soon as I walked in, I was greeted a huge smile and passed onto the sales representative Chris. I explained my criteria to Chris who instantly gave me several options in which one of them was a Mini convertible which was the absolute ideal car for me however was over my budget. Rather than just moving onto another option and offering me a coupe which was within my budget, Chris went to the back to speak to his colleagues to see what he can do as he knew this was the absolute ideal car I wanted. As he came back, he had a huge smile on his face and said to me it’s yours. This was a complete shock to me and I was absolutely delighted but it didn’t stop there. The whole process leading up to the handover was smooth and stress free and the best was yet to come. The day of the handover, I went into Mini, headed down to the handover bay and there it was, the sparkling Mini convertible in the handover bay with a huge Red bow and a message which said ‘Happy birthday’ with my name on it which was such an amazing personal touch! It was an amazing moment which I will never forget. Thank you Chris and Mini Park lane for this amazing experience.

Really happy with the purchase of our first Mini, our advisor was friendly, incredibly helpful and explained all possible payment options with unbiased opinion. I would however ask that the representatives in the showroom on the weekend learn a bit more about the varying add-on specs, as it seemed like two people we spoke to were only capable of making coffee or an appointment. That said, the coffee was good, the showroom is great with a lot of customisation options visible in a small space and it has a nice section with Mini merchandise. Please note however that the Mini water bottles (that we purchased well before our car arrived) do not actually fit in the Mini cup holders - very odd and a bit disappointing when we realised this after our lovely Mini arrived a good few weeks later.

Firstly, if you're thinking of getting a new MINI, go to these - you will not be disappointed. Oh, and ask for Jess Courtnell - She's amazing! Dealing with her is a breeze - friendly, personal and professional service every time I spoke with her (and the rest of the team). There was a hiccup with the readiness of my car (MINI UK's fault, not MINI Park Lane's). Jess called me to let me know there would be a substantial delay (instead of hiding behind an email (ballsy move if you ask me, because I'm a nightmare and she already knew that)). I obviously wasn't best pleased... but she said she'd do what she could to speed things up. God alone knows what she did, but a few days later, she was on the phone to arrange delivery!!
