I am happy with the service Shah gave me. After I first bought the car I noticed a strange sound on the left hand side. I took the car back and Shah assured me he would fix it and that he had not noticed it. Although I was upset at first the problem was fixed and I have done many miles on it since.

People travel from far a places to buy their cars from here. This is the first Bengali car dealer with a very high status in the market and almost all his reviews are good. I don't usually leave reviews but I feel the service provided by Shah was a solid 10/10. Shah was recommended by a friend. The attention to detail in the service was brilliant. Truly fabulous experience, which was NOT expected. Just been mugged off by Gates of Woodford, after constant lies and lack of ANY customer service, ended up at MK motors. Shah was great gave me his undivided time, showed patience and professionalism and knowledge which gained my trust. Which was well founded got a fabulous deal on a great car with a years MOT , warranty and superb valet. Couldn't be happier and I highly recommend MK motors.

Absolute satisfaction were provided by @Husan. Everything went so smooth, that couldn't be better. Prepared all documents without any hassle and even helped to prepare Tax and insurance documents that I could take car home immediately. I must say that the car I bought from Shah was excellent. Found this via autotrader and it was close to us so thought it was worth a look. The mini I got was just within budget, excellent bodywork and was clean, had lots of new parts like brake pads, filters, etc. The deal was easy and all paperwork is correct, and came with AA cover and a warranty. When I first took it away, the exhaust was smoking and I did think ‘oh no’ but this was just oil overfill and it went during the journey back. Shah did answer promptly my worries and it has been excellent since I got it, so I would recommend these guys as a great and trustworthy company to deal with.

Deciding to get rid of our diesel car was hard for me. So when I spotted the exact car but upgraded at MK MOTORS we went to have a look at it. We purchased 10 days ago and I have to say I'm very happy with the service I've recieved. We noticed an issue which was immediately put on order and fixed today quickly, but properly. Of course, no used car is going to be perfect so I had my family trusted mechanic check over the car for safety reasons (carrying children on board) and he said it's a good motor which I got for a fair price. I have to say communication was excellent, plus they are friendly and polite right down to the mechanic. I feel confident if anything did show up, I could approach them for help and be treated fairly as a customer. Thanks to the team!

If you are looking for a reliable dealer and smooth service this is the perfect place. Shah and Ahmed are extremely helpful when it comes to any queries regarding the vehicle. Even more so as it was my first motor and didn’t know that much as to the different types of categories etc. But overall extremely pleased with the service they provide at MK Motors and would definitely recommend them if you are deciding whether or not you want to buy a vehicle from them.

The service I received from MK Motors was outstanding. The gentleman I dealt with - Shah - was very kind and went above and beyond to meet my needs. He showed me around the car and took me out for a test drive. He offered me a longer test drive to ensure I was completely satisfied before I made the purchase. He was very thorough about everything. Absolutely incredible all-round service! Could not be faulted! No idea why anyone had complained about the service. I purchased a car with Shah and the experience was like no other, I was treated like royalty and looked after well from walking in to leaving with my car! I am very very fussy when it comes to choosing a vehicle and I had been around a few dealerships and did not find what I wanted in vehicle choice nor customer service. From the minute I stepped in the door Shah was on point. Showed me around everything, took a few test drives, came back in and called a few times and everything was a pleasure. MK motors have been great! I bought a car in December 2019, which unfortunately turned out to have a burning oil issue. I obviously expected to be calling Shah for a full refund, which was a shame becasue other than that, the car was in great condition. He reassured me this wasnt the case and that he would sort the issue no matter what it took. He took the engine apart and replaced the piston rings and stem seal valves which isnt a cheap job. He had the car back to me in 2 weeks and is now running like new. I 100% believe he couldn't of know about this issue when selling me the car! You'd have to drive the car over 300 miles to discover this fault. Shah was great throughout the whole process and would 100% reccomend MK Motors! Thanks guys!
