Great shop; clean and modern interior. Brilliant waiting room, serving high quality coffee and comfortable sofa. Diligent communication and kept me up to date every step of the way with mindful suggestions. Honest workers and reliable; reasonable pricing with high quality work. Fantastic company, level of detail is second to none, Joe managing PR kicks it out of the park. My McLaren 650 was given the best level of detail. I was deciding between here and Topaz, all I can say is make your own call and visit both. But after seeing the finished product from NVN it is epic, and they live up to the high standards expected from super-car ownership. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future.

My first time using NVN London (Deep Clean & Interior Valet):- My experience summarised into 1 word... WOW! I am happy to say, I will not be going elsewhere. From drop off to collection, the experience was second to none. My enquiry was handled personally by Joe, who informed me of their services together with pricing. Once booked in, I dropped off my 991.2 GTS to NVN London on the agreed date. I was informed by telephone, when my vehicle was ready to be collected (left car with them for the day as a lot of TLC was required due to street parking & near by construction). Upon collection, Afer walked me around my vehicle outlining what had been done, together with a detailed explanation of how each stage is carried out. At this point, I must say the whole team are extremely knowledgeable, advising me on areas that previous detailers had not. After informing me of work carried out, Afer suggested some preventative measures that can be taken to further protect the bodywork (PPF & Ceramic Coating). I was then shown vehicles that were having the above products applied, as well as vehicles that had the products applied already. I must say that I certainly see the benefit of taking such measures and therefore have opted to get the PPF applied to my vehicle next month. Its also worth mentioning that vehicle handover reminded me off the day I had purchased my vehicle. The car looked amazing and the interior seating/floors/steering wheel were all covered with protective plastic. I was also handed an invoice in very well presented packaging. I have used quite a few different detailers to date and its safe to say that NVN London are the best. I am amazed at the high quality and standards that they adhere to, not to forget the measures they take in ensuring contamination doesn't occur. To top it all off, they have a state of the art customer lounge which makes waiting around pleasurable. Finally, I would like to say thank you to Joe & Afer for personally ensuring that my experience was nothing short of amazing from start to finish! Look forward to seeing the team in a few weeks! Amazing set-up, incredibly knowledgeable, great customer service, only too happy to do what you want. Two cars done so far, and can't fault in any way - truly next level detailing! Forget "local" shops, pay the difference and use these guys, you wont be disappointed.
