I had a good experience buying from Palmers Motors. Although it is hard to find and looks quite understated, once we were there, Tamim was very professional and friendly when we went to look at a car and take it for a test drive. He was very helpful and patient with me as a new driver. The communication has been excellent throughout and the car delivered to me with no problems. I would recommend.

Palmers done a great job at finding me the best possible vehicle with my desired budget. They found me the perfect vehicle with the correct spec and also were able to find the appropriate colour all within the space of a week and i didn’t have a time constraint. This was my first time having dealt with Palmers Motors but it will for sure have me going back to them. So I was looking for a Golf and noticed the Mark 6 Golf they had was probably one of the lowest on the market in comparison to other dealerships on Autotrader. Called them to ask questions about the car and whether or not I could potentially test drive the car before considering to purchase and they with confidence told me to come down and take it for a spin. The car was amazing to drive and has been treating me well ever since! It’s been a month now but I wanted to give it some time before writing a review just incase anything did go wrong but it most definitely did not. There’s been a few times even after the purchase where I’ve called them up for advice on how to maintain the car etc and they’ve had nothing but open ears and given pure honest advice. These guys really make sure that they give you the same level of customer service you received before even buying the car.
