I recently purchased my Taycan 4S from this showroom being closest to my office, Justin King was the dealer I dealt with throughout who at certain times went above and beyond. amazing to see how I was treated from the moment I walked in the door whereas Tesla was the complete opposite, which made my decision much easier over the brand i wanted to drive

I had a great experience with Ben Sarbutt recently purchasing a 2nd hand 911 - he has really good knowledge and he guided me through everything and he brings to his job good humour - well done Ben and thank you - let’s hope the car is as reliable as you - enjoying it so far !

I went into the showroom to discuss 911 with Joe a few weeks ago. It was very obvious he didn't want to help me. Maybe because he thought I came late for the appointment (I said I'd likely come around 13:00 but we never agreed it as an appointment), but he was the one that said I could pop in any time and I was to call him only if I wasn't coming. He would answer my questions with the shortest sentences possible. No effort to elaborate. At the end of the session, I asked him to email me the code so that I can review the configuration at home. Surprised he didn't ask me the question himself. He was meant to follow up regarding the test drive dates. Of course no follow up. This was the worst service I've ever received in buying any car. I have now decided to buy one from the Guilford branch, where I was introduced to more respectful rep. Added a day after the above post: Not sure if it was reaction to the above review, but I now got a nice message from Joe. I'll give him a benefit of doubt and changed the rating form 1 start to 3.

A lot of beautiful cars on display. Over £210,000 for a GT3? Hope they polish all the fingerprints off the door before sale for that price! Another interesting experience in Mayfair.

I bought a used 991 GT3 from the guys at Porsche Mayfair. Justin my sales guy couldn’t have done more sorting out everything including the transfer of my private registration plate. Every phone call and e mail was answered immediately and nothing was too much trouble. The car preparation was the best I have ever experienced on a used car, mechanical and valet were faultless! It’s not often you can say that of a car dealer these days and I’ve bought enough cars to be able to say that Porsche Mayfair are a cut above the rest! Been looking for a 911 for 3-4 months! Wanted quite a specific spec. Had been on the phone to multiple dealerships. When i spotted the 911 that Mayfair Porsche had just listed i sent a email straight away! Joe called me the same day and we discussed the car and details! The service Joe gave me was excellent and by the far the best Porsche salesman i had dealt with across multiple dealerships. i felt looked after Joe had plenty of time for me without being a pushy salesman with all the usual lines! He was honest about the car and info! We got the deal done and was well worth the 3 hour drive to pick it up! The dealership is brilliant and i am one happy customer from the first email to the follow up phone call after i had taken delivery. I would recommend Porsche Mayfair and if you need a great guy to look after you then ask for Joe!

Wonderful show room with very helpful staff and outstanding customer service. We were served by Justin King who was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and arranged a test drive for us. After a bad experience at Porsche West London I decided to give Mayfair a try and I am very impressed. Helena on reception was great, very professional and friendly. I was than put through to Joe in Sales who took time to listen to my enquiry and was also very professional and came across as very knowledgable on Porsche’s having worked for them for many years. At the end of our fairly lengthy chat I felt I was through to someone who cared about the customer and the brand they represent. I should add I called at 5.30pm when it might have been more difficult to speak to someone. I hope to do business with them if first impressions are anything to go by.

I had an awesome experience in Mayfair. The reviews are true. I changed dealership twice before landing in Mayfair. I wrongly assumed they would be too busy to provide good service. Ben Sarbutt is a fantastic sales man - straight up and down. No spin. Incredibly informative, gave me good advice, kept in contact throughout, always there through the process and went the extra mile. It's not easy to find someone who knows the products inside out and will tell you what you really need. I highly recommend him and Mayfair - I would not buy a Porsche from anyone else.

(Translated) Looks great especially in this area of London. You can see the sports cars here on every corner anyway and then seeing this shop is really cool. The vehicles are of course polished to a high gloss and beautifully staged. If you are in the area, you should definitely take a look at the side streets and streets. There are Bentleys, Rolls Royce and Lamborghinis everywhere alongside other luxury cars. Very nice to see something like this in the "wild" and not just at any auto show. (Original) Sieht ganz toll aus vor allem in diesem Viertel von London. Die Sportwagen sieht man hier sowieso an jeder Ecke und dann diesen Laden zu sehen ist echt cool. Die Fahrzeuge sind natürlich auf Hochglanz poliert und sehr schön in Szene gesetzt. Wenn man hier in der Gegend ist, sollte man unbedingt mal ein paar Blicke in die Seitengassen und Straßen werfen. Es stehen überall Bentleys, Rolls Royce und Lamborghinis herum neben anderen Luxusautos. Sehr schön so etwas mal in "freier Wildbahn" und nicht nur auf irgendwelchen Automessen zu sehen.
