Bought a 996 c4s in 2019. Talked to Harry and Martin. My first Porsche. The after sales service has been second to none and I would not hesitate to buy from them again, I had a few problems with the car such as the Instrument cluster which was replaced and all good now, cannot fault their service even through lockdown. They know these cars and Martin is a GEM. When you buy a Porsche you need a dealer who will look after you. WELL DONE.

What a refreshing experience. In the few years that I have owned a Porsche I have been met with snobbery almost without exception. Not at Portiacraft. The guys at Portiacraft are honest, reliable, and completely authentic. There’s a no nonsense approach to doing business which I really liked. Having read the few negative reviews on Google, I think that this could be misconstrued as rudeness by some, but I assure you that is not the case. The process of buying a car and the follow up experiences I have had with the team could not have been better. If you are looking for a no-nonsense, helpful and completely honest vendor to buy a used Porsche from, I would not hesitate to use Portiacraft. You may not get a bouquet of flowers when you collect your car, like I did at a Porsche centre, but If you want a 911 backed by honest service and a no quibble guarantee, then you should consider Portiacraft.

Whilst I rarely leave reviews, the level of service I have received from the guys at Portiacraft has forced my hand. Having bought from them 2yrs ago, they were very easy to deal with, upfront, authentic and went above and beyond in terms of honouring my warranty terms. When I took the car in for a 2yr service they were extremely honest, actually suggesting I did not have unnecessary work done. Highly recommended

I bought my first Porsche from Portiacraft in 2003 and since then they have done a great job servicing and looking after my cars. I have found that they are honest and always on my side when looking for upgrades/repairs and will not do unnecessary work. I live some distance from Mill Hill but still take my car back for its annual service.

Just bought my first 911 from these guys . It is an older higher mileage car and I bought it with out seeing it literally paid for it and had it transported to my home as I am in Manchester it was a real leap of faith but the car is exactly as described no nasty surprises . My partner and I just purchased our first Porsche here, Harry & Martin are a pleasure to deal with and you get exactly what you pay for. No nonsense is exactly what it is but they make you feel like you’re buying with confidence, they are honest about their warranty packages which appear to be gold standard although I hope never to need it. These guys were very accommodating especially during such a difficult period they had our car MOT’d, serviced and ready to roll in no time! I hope to upgrade with Portiacraft when the time comes!

Just bought my first Porsche from Portiacraft. Harry and Martin were great to deal with. Checked the car over when first viewed and when going through with them, nothing needing done was an issue (all done). The car was well prepared and the garage did several things at no cost to me that they felt would make the car better, such as putting on new rear tyres (they felt too hard for the car) and a new battery. I had asked for a few items to be done on suspension (not repairs just items that would need replaced in the near future, such as coffin arms) garage did the work at cost price of parts. Felt that the garage treated you as their most important customer, no matter what car you were buying. Rarely do reviews, but thought Portiacraft deserve it.

Just bought my second car from Portiacraft. A no fuss, 'does what it says on the tin' approach to service - probably because they've been doing it for a long time. Nothing is a problem, any faults get sorted and you're in your car and on your way with a good warranty from them before you know it.

Purchased a 996 Cabriolet in Aug 2018. Very happy with car, all the issues I had sorted without any fuss or question, no matter how small they seemed (down to a slight wind noise and a missing clock adjust) I highly recommend Portiacraft for purchasing your car and to carry out all the work thereafter. Excellent and honest service. Bought a lovely 996 C4 from them recently; the handover process, quality of the cars throughout and the bonus of a warrenty package was brilliant. I would recommend Portiacraft based on our last car purchase which has been great. it's now approx a year since we bought a very low mileage Gen2 2.9 Cayman 2009 on behalf of my son.The car hasn't needed any warranty work or return visits , it has proven to be a very genuine car and as described. The deal / paperwork and general handover was all a pleasant experience. I'm possibly going to repeat the experience of buying from them again soon as I'm in the market for a good Boxster

Honest and decent - a pleasant surprise to find an outfit that gets straight to the point and tells it how it is. I bought my car here 3 years ago and am delighted that I did. Come service time, they do a great job, quickly, and at a reasonable cost. They have never suggested doing (or worse still, as many garages do, just done) anything that wasn't necessary, and I've never once felt like I haven't got my money's worth.

Bought a 996 cab last week: both Harry and Henry, took the time to show me with the car properly, answered many of my repetative questions and fixed any niggles I had . These guys love Porsches and doubt youll find better specialists. You pay for what you get as they say ! Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a 911 Carrera S Cabriolet from Portiacraft. After an initial test drive an independent inspection was undertaken. Any issues that were found were resolved prior to collection. I found Harry, Oliver and Martin both accommodating and knowledgeable and would absolutely use them again in the future.

Just sold my treasured porche 996 to portiacraft. I loved my porche and owned it from new for 14 years. I hate selling cars and wanted a painless sell...the thought of selling privately filled me with dred. I have to be honest the experience was very easy...i gave an accurate description over the phone...they gave me a good quote and honoured it on delivery of the car. Price quoted was £2k above trade from another garage. Money was in my account within 2 hours. No arguments. Fantastic service...i may even return in years to come and be a buyer from them once my kids are a little older and off my hands.

Portiacraft doesn't have a fancy showroom with free Espresso and a glamourous receptioinist, but it does have good, well checked cars, knowledgable staff (who, by the way, tell it like it is), expert technicians and very sensible prices! Their warranty, which they underwrite themselves is very generous and I was there today to have a new oil cooler fitted just a few days away from the end of the 12 month free labour period. It was not straightforward as all the bolts had corroded in tight and involved drilling out old bolts etc, but they persevered and got the job done, all I paid for was the parts, and these sourced at rock-bottom prices. I guess this is why they have a long-standing list of loyal returning customers...
