I recently bought a car from Premium cars, service I had was amazing. There was no pressure to buy it and they have answered all my questions without any hesitation. Highly recommend.

I purchased a 2008 racing green Mini Cooper from this dealership in June of this year, for about £4000. After a couple of weeks smoke from the exhaust began appearing, whilst the engine was idling. I took the mini to a local Mini dealership and was quoted £1800 for the repair. As a person not skilled in buying/selling cars this was awful news. The car came with a warranty. The warranty company initially declined to help, but Abdullah took the matter into his own hands and made them agree to cover the costs if Premium Motors carried out the repairs. This they did, taking about a week, and I am aware they did this with great care and at significant financial cost. In the end, this garage was 100% solid on its promise to guarantee the car mechanically. You have to be a little patient with them to get things done, the phone is not always answered but you have to persevere a little, they are a small garage and you cannot expect customer service of a major dealership. In the end my impression is that they are honest, trustworthy and take their business and customer care very seriously. Abdullah does his job very well. 2nd hand car buying is a perilous enterprise for those if us who are not commercially skilled, but Premium Motors have been completely reliable to now, they deserve 5 stars.

Very happy for buying a car from premium cars My wife found a car she likes I contacted the dealership for more details about the car and arranged an appointment for viewing and drive test when I arrived the show room they were very professional with the car was ready for me to view and test drive we went round the car a d I was giving full service history and the resent full service was done on the car from engine to breaks and replaced new tyres plus full pdi check and provided full HPI check went on a drive test the car drivers like new back to the show room and we did all paperwork a d I was giving full warranty for six months Keep to your standard and wish you the best
