Due to Covid19 restrictions I bought a car from an online platform, it got delivered to my door and driver left very quickly without going through the car with the excuse of catching a train, I was very upset to find out the rear tyres are full of cuts and a very old battery. I dropped my work, complaint to the online dealer who send to RB motors. RB has Excellent and efficient customer service, my voice was heard and the defects were rectified in a timely manner, professional reports and receipts that enabled me to claim all my costs back. I waited whilst the work was done, it was hot and got treated to an ice-cream, who can top that? I highly recommend RB for excellent customer experience and workmanship. I should have bought my car from RB, know for sure I would receive good aftercare and it’s 10 minutes drive from me.

I would like to thank Mahmud & Sadiya for providing such a great service. I booked my car in for an overdue oil service and was provided a courtesy car to allow me to continue working and also received my car back within 4 hours. Have used this garage since 2012 and never had a bad experience with them. Mahmud and Sadiya are always polite, helpful and accommodating and typically throw in a complementary car wash and valet. Prices are reasonable and parts used are genuine original equipment, although they always offer a cheaper alternative where appropriate. I recently took my M3 in for MOT and service and it felt like a different car afterwards - sharper and more solid (especially impressive since it felt pretty good before it went in). Can't recommend them highly enough!

I visited the garage after speaking to the owner to explain to him that I was quoted a lot of extra work from a high street chain garage where I recently had my service done. The owner was very friendly, invited me to come in and quickly checked the car with his colleague. It turns out the other garage have been trying to con me out of 1000 pounds for work which does not need to be done at all. The owner was very honest and I am happy and thankful his advice. Took my car to Mahmud due to it burning excessive amounts of oil and small service. The issue was diagnosed, and I was quoted a very reasonable price while other garages either quoted huge bill or refused to do the work. Mahmud fixed the car quickly and it now runs better then ever.
