We visited the company to have a look at a citroen C5 aircross from the mobility scheme. After looking at it and returning to my car we was approached by a gentleman named Walid, we returned to the showroom and he went through all our requests and arranged for a test drive the following week. After the test drive we decided to proceed with the order. I have to praise Walid for all his hard work he kept us up to date with our order and even managed to get it earlier than expected, he was very professional and we could not be any happier with the service that we received

Very nice garage and shop. Very professional and friendly staff. I booked my car in for an emergency recall and got a free vehicle health check and a bit of a car clean thrown in for free. Nice waiting area (sadly the coffee machine was off due to Covid). I will come back again. Recommended.

The entrance to the showroom can be easily missed as it's on a busy road next to a bus stop. Couldnt find a customer parking spot, says others struggling too. When I went in there was nobody there so had to walk around the show room for some time to find someone. The first gentleman I saw wasnt too helpful and seemed abit unwelcoming. He informed me I didnt have an appointment and i should see another person to see if they can see me. The second person confirmed I had an appointment contrary to what the first said. He was alot more helpful, polite and done a great job. When I was leaving there was alot more staff around and they all seemed friendly and were helpful. Overall great showroom

Very pleasant experiance Dante was so helpful knowledgable and friendly explained all in great detail and made every part easy to understand. Only downside was finding a place to park on arrival but that is being very picky highly reccomend a visit if your looking for a car.

Here is what I want to say: A week ago we went to Robins And Day Chingford with our citroen c3 semi auto with a problem which wasn’t solved,but Elizabeth who work on customer service desk was very helpful friendly and welcoming! Obviously my partner and I was very upset, as you can imagine ,but then one of the staff member approach us Haymish Patel Asked us few questions he automatical put himself in our position and sympathy with us which was very kind of him, he then gave us few advice like getting a new car for peace of mind, instead of buying second hand car etc we talk and laugh he then shows us some few cars and told us to go home and think about it without pushing us to get a new car or pressure us , we felt relax and trust him,We really appreciate the way he handled our issue last week. We know that working in customer service can be really hard sometimes. It takes a lot of energy and self-control to deal with an unhappy customer like myself. We really admire his ability to stay calm and positive in difficult situations. Also, his ability to understand customers' problems and quickly develop suitable solutions is a real next-level problem-solving skill.” He got us a brand new 2019 DS3 limited edition with the best deal we could ever asked for .He did an excellent job for us and we are soooooo damn pleased with everything We are in love with the car our beautiful DS3!!!!! ! Andrew was very courteous and true gent. Lost stars because booking through central office is annoying, there were some delays with servicing, otherwise the health check and videos very useful. Easy to get to by car, but not near a station, so a bit difficult if you need to use public transport to get there.

I have found the people in this garage to be as professional as they can be considering the product, my car, is constantly in there for repair! They are annoyed at not being able to fix the on going problem that I have with the vehicle - this is due to the wrong or incorrect update coming from central office, France or wherever! But then again maybe I'm being to reasonable - I've had this problem for over a year! I challenge you, Citroën, to fix it, bet you can't!
