I have been buying my cars with Robins & Day Peugeot West London since 2003 and the service I recive gets better and better everytime I go back to change my car. I could not fault the service I recived this time round, from the initial phone call to the moment my husband and I drove away in our brand new 3008. As a long time customer I recived a call from Mirza Rasheed about 10am, telling me about an opportunity not to be missed on our current car and selling it back and actually getting a large amount of equity on it (which has never been the case in the past) Mirza invited us to come in at lunchtime and have a discussion which we thought why not, when we arrived Mirza greeted us and guaranteed we would be leaving with smiles on our faces and a new car - very sales pitched we knew but we had the discussion. After a number of options given and discussions on what we wanted on the new car Mirza found us the car with one exception it did NOT have the electric roof, but we could deal with that as long as the roof was a panoramic roof, so we made the deal and the showroom smiling and with a brand new car. We were promised the car within 4 weeks as Mirza was going away, but we actually got car in 2 weeks as Mirza went above and beyond to still work thorugh his vacation and do all the paperworks while he was on leave to get our car sooner than discussed. Communication was good thorughout and the transaction and as a added bonus when we collected the car Mirza suprised us with the roof being an electric panoramic roof so we were VERY happy. Would not hesitate Mirza and the team at Robins & Day Peugeot West London to purchase a car from now and in the future. 5 STAR Recomended

Mirza Rasheed not efficient …(please keep reading ) He’s actually SUPER EFFICIENT. To put this into perspective , i use to be a loyal customer to a main rival of Peugeot . However with all the problems in the car market regarding distribution I was told by this Japanese Company that there were no cars “-at all” and it was best to check back in February ,where there was still no guarantee a car would arrive. I could not continue to lease from a company who have no cars offer . Being a Peugeot customer My sister referred me to Mirza by email , at 12:27pm last Friday , and I’ve picked up my new car this afternoon . I’ve leased 4 cars previously and the quickest Iv got my car was 2 and a half weeks He picked up on my concerns about a availability of new cars on the market and addressed them immediately saying we will get some options on the table . And without fail he did With all the regulatory Jargon that has to be read out , he explained everything clearly , Also Every question I had was answered . There was actually a major problem towards the end of transaction that was met with “don’t worry YOU WILL be driving away today in your brand new 2008” SUPER EFFICIENT Go on , Go in Ask for Mirza Rasheed

Car is fantastic and buying the car was easy (of course, because the staff are getting a sale). But, it took over a week for anyone to refund my reserve money I paid for the car (apparently Patrick is the only competent staff member here). And then, I find out that they haven't settled the finance on the car I part-exchanged, since I've had a significant sum of money leave my account for a payment on a car I have not owned for the past fortnight. Promised a call back twice to resolve the issue and heard nothing. It's just not good enough. Given the chance again I'd buy the same car from a different dealers

I have been with Robins & Day Chiswick since 1990, driving off in both new and used cars, two of which were bought outright so there was no incentive to return to the company when these cars needed changing. Chiswick is 'auto avenue' afterall! Nonetheless, return I did, which tells it's own story so I could stop there. However, I can not leave my review without putting a much deserved good word in for the man I always look forward to changing my car with and that is Akeel Osman. Car salesmen can be treated with healthy skepticism and we all know that given cars are a depreciating asset, so what we most need is the car we want for a deal we can live with. It is not an exaggeration to say that I trust Akeel to do this for me, and in recent years my husband too, because he always has, car after car. Excuse the pun but he an old school saleman who goes the extra mile for his customers - more than that, in truth - and always with great good humour. It is a no-brainer why he wins so many twinkly awards! I very rarely write reviews but have no hesistation in recommending paying Akeel a visit to see what he can do for you.

Took my 2014 208 for service and MOT this weekend (Saturday 21st). The service from the lady at reception was brilliant. Offered that I could stay and wait with refreshments available or leave and come back. Covid safe as well as was worried about this but they were all very professional and even cleaned my vehicle as well. All staff were helpful and very polite - from the beginning to the end. Would highly recommend and will definitely be taking my car back in the future (especially as it was the cheapest quote I received!) It has also been newly done up and it is much easier to find the entrance as it is on a roundabout and there is a lot of parking!

I had a poor experience here, sales staff didn't really know much about the car I was interested in, didn't really sell me the car, just left me to it. I appreciate car sales has changed a lot over the years, but customer service is still important and it is that which separates one from the other, especially in a market place where the customer has so much choice. There was no one on hand to answer questions, and when I finally did find someone, they knew nothing. Update 16/09/2019 General manager from this dealership reached out to me and apologised, talked through the issues experience. Hence changed star rating, from two to four.

Having purchased a new car with a tow bar fitted I tested the electrics to find that there was a problem. Up to then, I didn't really mind - not good but these things happen. I made many phone calls and had 'promises' to get back to me. No replies from either sales or service. A strong email simply received a 'standard' response. A further phone call elicited a statement that the specialist company would be calling me today. I thought I had found a way forward – but no call back and spent ages going round from one line to another yet again. Quote: “your call is important to us and we appreciate your patience please continue to hold while we try to connect you”. They did – to someone who couldn’t help. Update 2 week on: They did call me that day and my car was collected and investigated. All is well. Maybe I was just unlucky in having a non-standard problem. The loan of their demo car was appreciated so have revised from 1* to 3*.

Amazing service. I was immediately approached by a lovely car salesman called Dylon/Dylan and he gave me great advice on choosing the right car for me (we wanted a used car and weren't sure whether to get a Peugeot or another type of car they have).
