Exceeded my expectations. By Nadia A | 1 Sep 2021 I had a great experience buying from this company,service exceeded my expectations. I bought a lovely car that meets my needs. The owner is very well organised and honest and dealt personally with all the requirements and even went as far as helping me tax the car after the purchase. Buying a second hand car is always hit and miss as there are a lot of dodgy dealers out there - Armada could not be further from the stereotype. I was quite taken aback by just how helpful Hussain was during the sale process. The real test though is when something goes wrong once they have your money… again I was surprised by just how responsive Husain was when there was a problem with the car. Within 2 hours of making him aware he had arranged a tow truck to pick the car up and a week later it was all fixed under warranty. I would definitely use him again!

I am very happy with the car I have purchased at Armada London. It took me only two days from viewing the car through HP finance to pick up the car. Great customer service including all support I needed as I never have bought a car all by myself. The owner of the company took care of the transaction himself and I felt I was in good hands.
