I bought a used LR Discovery 3 mid 2020 from a dealer who disappeared a month later leaving many customers with faulty vehicles. Although the car had a great history and only 2 previous owners, the car has been tempered with: instrument cluster LCD screen broken, terrain response system and suspension controls disconnected, handbrake shoes not properly adjusted, parking sensor & reverse light not working, radio not working, etc. Konrad and the guys in the garage did the painstaking job to look into all the issues until they found the root of every single one of them. They gave me a reasonable price on sorting everything and bringing the car back to the original LR specs. It has been a few weeks now and the car has been working like a dream, the suspension system is smooth as butter, the radio & sound system are amazing, they even washed the car and handed it over all clean and shiny - could not be happier with the RR London team! These guys are simply amazing. Having wasted time and money with main dealers, Russ and the team are fantastic. I had an alternator failure at in the early morning. They had it replaced and good to go for me to drive to France by lunchtime on a Saturday! Great place to service and fix my beloved Freelander or any Land Rover in that matter. Professional and very friendly management . This guys are able to detect every single fault. My car had problems with ABS indicator. After passing MOT, around two to four weeks - it was appearing again. It was going on like that for 3 years straight. At my first visit in this centre, I was told front wheel ABS sensor was faulty. That was four years ago. No problem with it anymore. I'm using their service since then. Very skilled mechanics. Very good prices comparing to other Land Rover's garages. I would recommend this place to everyone whose is looking for great service. I wouldn't use any other garage even if they would offer a free repair.

Fantastic service from Ross and Team. I took my recently purchased 2012 Range Rover to RR London for a health check and to address a few niggles. A number of faults and items surfaced as a result of the health check. Ross was completely transparent with diagnosis and suggested remedies. Hands down will be visiting again. I have a 2010 Range Rover Sport 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography. I visited RR for literally thousands of pounds of work. Michael, Ross and Conrad were absolutely amazing with their work and customer service. The work itself was damn perfect and diagnosis were all spot on. I highly recommend RR. I cannot even think of visiting another LR specialist or so called specialists, trust me I tried and was quoted 2.5k of parts and labour, after RR diagnosis all was correctly diagnosed and unrelated to previous quoted "faults".

No cutting corners with these guys. They are honest and supportive. They replaced all the suspension on my Range and it now drives great. I can verify they only use genuine Land Rover parts and the guys there are more experienced than some of the dealerships. Ross is great and Konrad is an absolute scholar, he really knows his stuff. RR London operate the best “Yes we can” policy I have ever encountered. In all my 10+ visits not once have they ever told me ‘No you’ll have to wait a few weeks for an appointment’ nor have they ever been unable to fix my car in a fraction of the time (and at a fraction of the cost) that a main dealer would offer. I really cannot recommend Ross & his team highly enough. In a world where only reliability the main dealers offer is simply laughably bad service (shoddy workmanship, dreadful communication & to add insult to injury, always a total rip off) I cannot express how grateful I am to have found the team at RR London. Ross & his team clearly place customer service above all else. Their rates are incredibly reasonable for the high standard of work they deliver. Other customer’s reviews also speak for themselves - compare them for yourself with the local main dealers !!

Found these guys online and after reading the reviews booked my 20yr old Defender in for some work. They gave me a list of everything that needed doing, with clear costs for each part and the associated labour. They also helped me to find cheaper alternatives to some of the work and were always in touch to let me know how they were getting on. The welcome from Ross was better than any i've experienced at any garage ever, and Michael was great as a point of contact throughout the work. They had the car finished within 3 days, for much less than I was expecting to pay, and it drives like a brand new car now. The fact RR London are based half a mile from my house was actually a key factor in my decision to buy a 5 year old Range Rover Sport a couple of years ago. With no warranty in place, and given how bad main dealers are (particularly Lookers Battersea up the road), you've got to have a good indie lined up for when these cars inevitably need some work! They've since done a bunch of remedial jobs, including new compressor, suspension arms, ball joints, brake pads & discs and a couple of regular services. The customer service from RR London has been nothing short of excellent throughout and I have no hesitation in recommending Ross and the team.

Fantastic service- Highly recommend I called RR London after Lookers of Battersea cancelled my booking the evening before my car was due to be taken in (after I had waited over 3 weeks for an appointment). RR London managed to book my car in within 3 days and diagnosed the fault immediately. I've been many time to RR London and the service is always amazing. Ross and his team are friendly and super accommodating. Quite a few times they helped me straight away despite being very busy. They are so much better than the big Land Rover garage in Battersea, where you feel that every time you bring your car in for small repairs or MOT you are paying for the revamping of their fancy showroom. RR London is nothing like that, it's exactly what a car repair place should be - grotty, full of oil and parts with a friendly, competent and helpful staff. Don't bother going anywhere else.

1. Friendly staff, 2. quick service, 3. main dealer quality. These guys will go for extra miles to please their clients and give them that piece of mind. I called and booked an appointment for annual service and MOT. I dropped my car and told them about all things that I needed them to look into. They were very thorough and addressed all points (mostly minor issues that most technicians will ignore). They told me that the suspension compressor is faulty. I told Michael that there is a comprehensive warranty on my car. He then took care of everything. He called the warranty company and took their approval for a new part and labour cost. When I picked my car after less than 40 hours, he had a copy of the invoice ready for the warranty company to compensate me (as instructed by the warranty company). I don’t think that other garages are willing to go through the hassle of calling a warranty contractor company. Thank you Michael, and thanks for every team member at RR. YOU WILL BEVER REGRET DEALING WITH THESE GUYS.

Ross and the team are first class. I have just had a 4 wheel alignment on their Hunter machine. My car now drives in a straight line which is something another specialist alignment centre couldn't do. They also did a couple of software updates for me. I have used RR London for the past year and most recently I had a problem with my brakes. Ross reported back that it was a pretty major problem and would cost a substantial sum. I asked him what my options were and rather than just go ahead book in the job and repair it, they recomended that I speak to Jag Land Rover customer service service and see what they could do. After much deliberation, JLR agreed to mend at no cost to me. Ross and co have saved me £1000s. I can't recomend these guys enough; they are polite, communicative, fair and do a great job. What's more they are more interested in trust and a top notch service than charging high prices. Excellent company.

RR London try very hard to give a good service at a reasonable price. They go the extra mile to make sure all issues are resolved. I had an MOT and service done last week and the coolant warning light came on soon afterwards. In error the mechanic doing the service had left the expansion tank lid loose after checking the level. I noticed this and topped up the coolant and carried on. All was ok. However I called Ross to let him know at 7.30pm - he still picked up the phone. Straight away he apologized. He even offered financial compensation and to check the car over the following day - a Bank Holiday. Highly recommended!!! Overall excellent, thank you Ross & Konrad

I don't usually write reviews but I will feel guilty if I don't write this one because the guys down there (especially Ross, the co-business owner) were fantastic. I'm usually very difficult to please but I can't fault these guys. They replaced an engine and even gave me a year warranty on it (still hoping they can make it two). You will not regret using the guys, as me and my wife are pleased with their diligence and management of customer expectations and will use them again, definitely.

I had an issue with my diesel Freelander 2 where the gearbox wasn’t working properly, changing up early or not changing at all. I also had an issue with more smoke than I remembered normal under acceleration. I phoned up RR and spoke to Ross to explain the issues. He told me that in his experience it was likely to be more of a software issue than a mechanical issue. He invited me to turn up and they would run a quick diagnostics check to identify the problem. A few minutes later the problem was identified, an issue with the software leading to the engine and gearbox not talking to each other correctly. A software upload put all the settings to how they should be and the job was done. Regarding the smoke, they showed me the intercooler pipe which had a two inch tear in it. Fortunately they had one in stock and replaced it there and then. Highly recommended.

I have used RR London for the last three years thru personal recommendation (mine is a Disco 3). Formerly of Lookers Land Rover, Ross and the team do a fantastic job from slightly cramped under the arches style premises. I can't remember when I've had a better customer experience than the one today from Ross and his team at RR London.A Five Star rating doesn't do it justice. I've had an intermittent electrical fault on my Range Rover Vogue SE looked at several times by two main Land Rover dealers but the problem was never found. Last week it had to be towed into one of those dealers. I won't say which but look..er it's not difficult to guess. I was smirkingly told it would take 2 weeks to even look at it and I should reckon it being in for 3-4 weeks. Any chance of a courtesy car? Nah. Booked out for 8 weeks. A friend did a Google search and suggested RR London. I was worried because they're not an 'official ' dealer(which I now know costs a lot of money and goes some way to explaining others' prices-some!). However Ross' manner on the phone, his background employed by 'official' dealers and the knowledge that he does have access to post a service record onto the official RR service computers reassured me. Thank goodness. He collected the car from the other garage. No charge.Found the fault and fixed it in 24 hours. Went for a test drive and put some fuel in. I was speechless at the bill-for the opposite reason I normally am! When I got in the car I realised he'd put a fair bit of fuel in. I texted him and said the bill surely couldn't have included the fuel. No he hadn't put it on. It took two texts to insist I paid him for it. £40. He said just pay me the next time you bring the car in. No. I'll pay now- I know a little about small businesses and cash flow. I ask you? Where do you find such integrity and customer service nowadays? Vanishingly few places in my experience. Ross- you and your business deserve to flourish. I will tell everyone I know with a Range Rover. And I hope to be a customer for many years. Thank you. PS good job this isn't twitter-sorry for length!

Bought a Range in Essex last night 8pm the mot expired day b4. Called RR at 8.30 next day and they got me an open ended mot booking so that I could legally drive to them for the test.
