Waited about a month just to see how the car was after purchase and my partner loves it. Simon was really helpful in assuring her that they went through all the checks before her purchasing the car as we’ve had problems with other dealers in the past. He went through everything with her in a very friendly way. Only thing was the spare key wasn’t working, which we wasn’t too bothered about. Popped in a few weeks later and they fixed it for me. No problems with the car at all. Great car. Great service. Great people

I've been using this garage for MOTs, servicing and repairs for over 12 years and on 3 cars, and I think they are great. I trust them completely, which is a rare thing to be able to say. Kem and Karen in particular have always been really patient and helpful, taking the time to explain faults, or to break down MOT and service findings and repair prices. The other technicians that I've dealt with have been helpful and friendly too. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them to others.

I usually find buying a new car pretty nerve-racking but the pain was completely taken out of it this time round by the helpful professionalism of Alkan and Rob at Rushmore's. They were honest with the work that needed to be done and were quick to let me know before extra work was undertaken. I took my car to Rushmores recently after driving it into a post in a car park. I'd managed to do quite a bit of damage and it needed a whole new front section. Alk and the team at Rushmores were all incredibly friendly, helpful and understanding. They explained everything to me and gave me different options to balance the cost. They did an outstanding job of the repairs and even gave it a clean inside and out before handing it back. The car came back cleaner than it went in! All in all, I highly recommend Rushmores. If I'm stupid enought to ignore my car's warning systems and drive into a post again, I will be straight back to Rushmores!

They're ok but if you are buying from them ask for a lot of perks the more the better, they will take a lot on, I got them to change the timing belt the official vw engine mounting bolts and a very good exchange price on the car I sold, which was in a terrible state.

Having been sceptical of car dealers in the past due to bad experiences I was apprehensive about trusting another one. How wrong I was , Simon and the team at Rushmore's have been excellent ! From the first phone call to the time I took the car away the service has been first class. Having had a small issue since I brought the car I called the dealers to discuss this and the after sales service is as good as the pre sales service which in my view is true testament to a proper well run dealership. I live over 100 miles Away from this dealer but I would happily buy all my future cars from here they are that good and actually do care about there about there customers.

This week I was looking to purchase a bronze Toyota Prius from Rushmores. I was dealing with one of the owners. I made several enquiries about the vehicle and was met with easy going advice and expertise. I was somewhat new to the Prius so was asking some obscure questions, but their salesman put me at ease with his patience and willingness to educate me but also look into things in more detail. The car was in top condition, so I made the deposit and was excited to finalise the deal. After dragging my heals for a few days my funding fell through. Fully expecting to lose my deposit I was a little disappointed but elated when the owner sent my full £500 deposit back with no questions asked within hours. I have a long history of buying used cars with mixed experiences (some horror stories) over the years and I can't recommend anyone more highly than Rushmores.

I wanted to leave this review specifically to give Karen the praise she so hugely deserves, I have been a Rushmores customer now for many years, and not only do I receive excellent service from the mechanic guys, but Karen always goes above and beyond to help with every aspect from booking to picking up, she is an awesome member of the team and it’s always so lovely to hear a friendly voice on the phone and a face when you come in. On this particular visit I had forgotten my MOt was over due - panicked email - Karen got back to me, got me in that day !!! ( no other garage near by could do that ) when my car failed I wasn’t sure when it would be ready as Karen explained in this crazy world Rushmores are working skeleton staff but would get to me ASAP ,,, how about that day !!!! And In time for pick up - Rushmores & Karen you guys are awesome and I can always rely on you so thank you x

Brilliant experience of Rushmore’s so far. First time I’ve used them. On this experience I would really recommend. Dealt with Alkan by email (who replied out of hours to get my car booked in quicker) and Kem at the garage. Communication was great, clear and friendly. Car had lost power. They fitted it in first thing following morning, having confirmed that they undertook work under warranty I had for the car. They called when they said they would, identified problem, discussed pros and cons of me taking it back to garage I bought it from (who would repair without any excess) and offered to try and avoid any extra costs outside warranty. As it was there were some extra costs beyond what warranty covered (diagnostic and labour overage) which they agreed to wave under the circumstances. I couldn’t get there in opening hours to pick up car, so they arranged to leave keys at a local business that was open. Brilliant service. Nice people. And so far so good w repair. Will go back to them.

I don't look forward to going to car garages but soon as I arrived I felt at ease as both Kem and Karen were really helpful and explained what the mot involved. The service was quick and price was good too. I will be back next year not only for an mot but for my service - the cars in their showroom looked pretty good too! I would recommend this garage to all.

I discovered this garage when searching for tyres several years ago, they were great then, helpful, polite and reasonably priced. They still are, I have had them service my car regularly, when issues arise with it, they help with speed and efficiency.
