I recently sold my late fathers Range Rover to Mac at Seraph cars. Mac was an absolute gentleman to deal with and very sympathetic to my situation. Great experience with Seraph Cars - right from the first call. I didn't think the comms were overly 'salesy', over a number of emails. The car description, on viewing, was accurate and the team were courteous throughout. The whole transaction was super smooth and there was no issues with concluding everything in lieu of my v5 (reg transfer required). I recently put a holding deposit on one of Seraphs cars. On the day of the viewing i was unable to make it. I phoned Mac. He was very understanding. He offered to hold the car for me. However, not knowing when i would be able to return i cancelled. He issued a refund without hesitation. The deposit was back in my account the next day. Just some smole bits and pieces wich you don't see on testing day and discover when you do first wash or first hoovering you self. But is 3 year car so you can't expext everything be like new. As a woman buying a car it can be daunting at the best of times. Throw in that you are buying a used car from a dealer you have never met an hour and a half away, you could think it’s a recipe for disaster. This is a great experience for me to buy my mini cooper jcw used car in the UK. Mac is really nice, no wonder business is booming. His kindness and smile to people make you feel you can trust him, and all the information about the car is very complete. The staff will tell you the problems of the vehicle, such as scratches. The cars received by the boss are also well preserved, and his warehouse has someone to take care of each car. This 13-year-old car is newer than the 19-year-old car I have seen before, and it fully matches the description of the pictures and website. This is a very good car buying experience. Just wanted to leave a review in relation to the buying experience and after sales service that we received from Seraph cars but namely Mac & Sharon the owners. When buying a used car, lots of us read the reviews to try to gain confidence in the sellers & to see if anyone has had any bad experiences before you......PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW TO THE END... You can 100% trust the reviews before mine & Seraph Cars customer service is 2nd to none. We met Mac last Sunday to look at a Qashqai and for him to check out our car for PX. Mac is a very friendly guy & was happy to answer all of our questions & to let us look all over their car & take for a test drive. My wife fell in love with the car, so all that was left was to do the deal. Mac gave us a very fair price for ours PX & was willing to move with us a little on price so that we were in a position to buy the car. We then met Macs wife Sharon, who is again a lovely lady, who the helped us with the paperwork & to finalise the purchase. Their after sales service, true to form, continued to be spot on.....during our viewing of the car, I asked Mac if their was an owners manual with it, explaining how to operate the tech equipment etc but their wasn't one.... 2 days after our purchase, a Nissan wallet with the 4 relevant manuals arrived in the post, all of which had been organised by Sharon. We had also realised that there was no key for the locking wheel nuts, and again when we contacted Sharon to see if they had it, her no quibble solution was for us to simply return to them in the car and their mechanic would replace the locking nuts or to drop in to a Nissan dealership close to where we live for them to rectify & which Sharon would pay for. We chose the later just for convenience. So to sum up this long review which I just had to take the time to write to help give others confidence in buying a used car from these guys....YES....Nice people, You can trust them, Fair deal, Excellent customer service, After sales service is there.......oh & the car is lovely, was spotlessly valeted & is running great. Recently bought a beautiful Range Rover Vogue from Seraph Cars in Acton. The process was easy and Jason O'Dell gave excellent service. Having seen the car online I was offered the opportunity to reserve the car until the end of the week for a £500 deposit. Jason said the deposit was fully refundable if for any reason I decided not to buy the Range Rover. I travelled down by train from Preston to see the car. On arrival, WOW what a range of super cars are for sale there ! Viewed the car with Jason, and was so pleased I had taken the trouble to do so. Great history, mileage and price, it even included an extended warranty beyond what most other dealers would offer on a 4yr old Range Rover. Confirmed the sale there and then.

The experience was short and painless! I found Mac (the owner) to be most polite when spoken with. Jason, was the main man when it came to the selling of the car. Polite and knowledgeable about the product. He was welcoming and gave an enlightening tour of the premises. Presently, I would see no issue with buying another car from Seraph - if only I could afford what's on offer :-) I'm even getting a free car deodorant "bomb" from Jason; there's service! ... and the deoderant "bomb" didn't arrive (after 3 months). When emailed, Jason said that it was on order, and that it would arrive; since then, he's never replied to any of my emails. Bitter sweet - get the sale done, and ignore anything else! Sad, as the sale was good. "The bitterness of poor quality lasts longer than the sweetness of success".
