S. K.Fixed a new clutch for me on a car I bought from them.
Excellent dealership, great service. I went to go and look at a car that I had saw online, it was in great condition in real life with no hidden cosmetic faults. Took it for a test drive and it seemed decent. Wouldn’t knock the price down but it’s a business at the end of the day so it’s understandable. I put a £250 deposit down so I can come and collect it the next day. Signed all the paperwork and stuff then came back the next day; bought the car and he gave me a free car wash to go to immediately 20 seconds down the road. After I had it for a few days, the worn clutch had gave up. I messaged the man in charge and he was quick to respond. Without argument he had it picked up by truck within 2 days and replaced it with a brand new clutch the 3rd day. Now the car runs excellently with no issues. This is the dealership to go to. Friendly, responsive and helpful.

I have had the car for 4 months now and the car is still the way I bought it from them! They were recommend by my dad who was bought his last 4 cars from them and still owns them and is happy with all 4 of his cars! I have recommended to other family! First class service from start to finish - after seeing my chosen vehicle on the website I phoned the showroom with a few questions which were quickly and accurately answered. The transaction was handled smoothly and efficiently and I was delighted to be able to take advantage of the delivery service and warranty scheme. My new car was with me within a few days, with my previous car taken away in part-exchange. Despite my initial reservations about buying a car on-line and without a viewing at a showroom first, my new car was exactly as described and seen on the website with no unpleasant surprises, in fact if anything, it surpassed my expectations. Very happy with the sale from start to finish the team were professional. Test drive arranged and everything ready for us when we arrived so we could take the car out. We decided to go ahead with the sale and set a date one week from the test drive in order for the car to have its pre delivery inspection and some minor polishing of the alloy rims. On the day of pickup I was collected from the local train station and taken back to Thames Barrier Autos to complete the transaction. 30 minutes later car tax was done vehicle registration / V5 completed online. We decided to take out the warranty for peace of mind and this was explained to us should we need to use it.

Having been on the lookout for a BMW 1 series, we found what we were looking for at The Car Outlet. We were very impressed with the helpful and attentive staff. Great communication and a straightforward transaction. The vehicle was competitively priced and came with an interim service and new MOT included; very clean and tidy too. Having bought the vehicle on a cool day, after a long and wet winter and spring, no-one was to know that the a/c needed regassing. Not to worry, a return visit sorted it out and at no charge. Very grateful. I would gladly recommend them as a reputable local dealership with a good range of cars to choose from.

Purchased a car from this dealership and had an amazing experience with their service. After having the car for a week the engine management light came on. I phoned them up and they said it won't be a issue to bring back. After a couple of days the problem was fixed at their own expense. I have recently bought a car from Thames Barrier Autos. From the initial viewing I was getting all the attention you could ask for - test driving number of cars (including driving to my home nearby to show few cars to my wife), flexible payment options etc. Guys very so helpful - we agreed collection dates, new MOT, car preparation, extended service.... To top that up - I have discovered small mechanical fault with the car the next day after it was delivered to my property - I have received full payment that covered all the repair cost ! No hard sale - I was left on my own to wonder around the yard and I was given as many keys (to view as many cars) as I liked - no annoying faces or unhappy people around .
