Great customer care, friendly staff, down to Senior staff who remembered me from when I last started my plan a few years back. Worked hard with all the limitations of the challenges around no new cars due to the pandemic to get me a car that suited my budget but also had the wow factor. Adhered to all social distancing guidelines. I've stayed with Ford now for what is now my 3rd new car. No need to go to any other dealerships ..stay with Ford Eltham they look after you and value you as a customer. 🙂

AMAZING as always! I’ve bought my last 4 cars from here and they never disappoint. Started off buying my most recent car from TrustFord in Dagenham and the service I received was ridiculously bad so I called eltham and asked them if I could switch my car purchase over to them and deal with them and they were amazingly helpful and accommodating! Have Ford Fiesta which needed replacement battery. As Stop/Start model handbook said has to be replaced with exact specification battery. Chose therefore to go to Ford dealer to ensure this happened. They gave me price of £197 and did fit me in that day which was little lucky as needed car for weekend. Picked up later. They charged £185. Although seems expensive for a battery the Green Flag garage who I called out as could not start car to get home gave a price to replace as £315. Ford garage was local and was within easy walking distance which was good as tried phoning first but could not get through. Previous battery had lasted 7 year's a and hope this one lasts as long and from same manufacturer. They also did tyre check and reported on couple of items requiring attention. I have had few concerns with using another Ford dealership for service after overcharging but on this occasion they assisted me well. Thank you.

For 6 years I visited these guys. When I came in last time the guy remembered me from the year before, as I remember him too. He was very smiley and helpful, good phone manner too. We picked up our new Fiesta Zetec from TrustFord Eltham last week, and it was an overall very pleasant experience! It was our first time buying new, and our sales chap Gary Morton made the whole process really easy, talking us through all our options. He made no attempt to hide any additional costs or force the extras on us, and didn’t patronise where he knew we’d done our research.
A bit of healthy bartering got us to an excellent price for a gorgeous new car, on a deal tailored nicely to our needs. As it was new 18 plate there was a bit of a wait, and pleasingly the delivery date was brought forward.. all of which was well communicated.
All in all, a good experience with none of the negative hard-sell attitude that you get with some places.

Such a professional and great service. My car went in for an MOT and full service. The gentleman who dealt with me was honest and fourth coming with all costs and what was needed. They even valeted the car inside and out which was a lovely touch that I wasn’t expecting. Will use again!

Normally good service however booked a three year service and MOT through online booking service received confirmation and reminders telling me not to forget locking wheel nut and service book. Another reminder a day before with a pin number in the email.
So day of service I finished my night shift and drove to dealer to be told the car is not booked in and they were too busy to slot it in.

I've bought from Ford before and in all honesty not really had a reat experience until I spoke to Gary at Ford Eltham. From the initial book in to look around Gary has been more than helpful, he listened to my requirements without the 'pushy salesman' attitude, he worked with me to get what I wanted within my budget. He kept communication and I think I ended up with tons more than I was expecting. In fairness it wasn't just Gary that gave a great service, I spoke to Simon & Mike who went out of their way to be helpful, the guy I spoke to in their Garage (sorry don't know his name) and was even addressed by name by another colleague of theirs on the day of collection who asked me how my day was and I'd not even spoke to him prior. I think all round this is the best service I've had in a while (from anywhere) would 100% recommend this branch. The guys there are a credit to Ford!

(N.B. During covid) My engine oil warning came on so called Trust Ford (where I purchased the car) - tried several times without success, and then booked a service online for 8.30am on Wednesday (accepted and I put in my diary).
Arrived at the allotted time (with face mask being worn) and was told my car wasn't booked in. Explained to the chap that I'd booked, but never received any confirmation, but that the engine warning had been going for 2 months and I'd tried to call several times during this period. (Actually booked about a month earlier online!)
The chap said I wasn't booked in but would try and squeeze it in by the end of the day. I called at 6pm, having not heard from them, and was told they had been completed at 3pm and that they'd been calling me and left messages. Neither my house or mobile phone had rung all day however.
Waited to the following day to pick up the car, and arrived (mask again) and was politely told that the cost was LESS than they quoted (by £50) and had even sorted out a recall notice that I'd received 2 of (apparently*).
Online booking/calling (during covid) clearly doesn't work, but very helpful and friendly staff. Were it not for the online stuff being poor (and perhaps they had noted my phone number incorrectly) it would have been 5 stars.

Fantastic experience. Really helpful and really worked hard to get us a great deal after we had been let down so badly by a different Trust Ford dealership. They really went the extra mile and I can't wait to pick up our new car!! i have taken my car 3 times to this garage and two times they was great and stored my problems or did what was needed. I was dealt with by a very nice gentleman on the service desk, and he even took me out to my car and took me around what was done or found on the car. the last time i took my car in again no problems and went way happy. the time i have problems and the are unwilling to help and just want me to pay more money to get them to fix things. my car was fine, after the work was done i have problems. use this garage at your own risk! very unhappy.
Edit, after a week of my problems with them I got a manger call me and I went in to see him it looks like he was off on holiday, after this he got me sorted but still wanted me to pay for something that was fine before going in and coming out a problem.

Just paid £17.000 for a car.old carpets in the front one with a hole in.no carpets in the back.And just enough petrol to get me to the nearest garage. And that's what you get for £17.000.at Eltham. Mr J. Avis. Car taken back for minor repair. Gave me a loan car.and put new carpets and valet all good. Thank you.

Love the sales team, had a guy called Daniel who didnt pressure me into buying a car that i ended up buying anyway but now its time for my service. Called up got transferred to the service team of which a rude, abrupt woman was talking to me Anne. Talk about impression made. Phone manner needs to be a training.

I love my '16 plate Red Edition Fiesta; my car was serviced on the 20/03, I received a video of the tests, and updates from the service team. I was given a '67 plate new style auto Fiesta as a courtesy car. It has a great new design; slightly longer & wider, large clear screen in the centre, the new dash design is great too. It's a bit roomier than my Fiesta, I would certainly consider it as my next car when I upgrade. I appreciated my car being freshly cleaned when I collected it. I'd give them a 5 * rating if they'd agree to let me test drive an EcoSport for a few days, but they said no 😄 Hannah & Georgia on the service team are great, the other girl could do with learning from them.

Never had a bad experience here. Staff are always attentive when I have had my services and MOTs done here. At my last visit I was told my car would be washed but it wasn't so that was annoying but not a major issue.

TurstFord Eltham were fantastic! I went in on a cold day and was offered a hot drink straight away to make me feel welcome. I dealt with a sales person called Matthew who was so helpful he made the whole process effortless for me.
He outlined everything that Ford needed from me and everything they would be providing.
I was notified as soon as my car was on site and was able to pick it up as soon as it was ready.
I would reccommend them to anybody! I would also go back just for the service Matthew provided.

Large selection of cars new and used almost . Used ones are not obvious as they are stored upstairs in the building. Almost all are ford. There is some customer parking outside but spaces are limited and you cant park on yhe A20 as it is a red route. If the Ford's are not to your taste then there is a used Audi/Bmw dealer across ghe street.

Staff appear to always be friendly and welcoming however after having my van service there literally within 4 days time I had oil gushing out from my engine so had to return my van back to the garage for further investigation bearing in mind my vehicle is only 2 years old giving the impression the fault caused due to the oil could have been through negligence on the service that was carried out previously
