Only recently went back for an electric vehicle and purchased a Mitsubishi Ev I was well impressed with the condition and price and Jamaal kindly even included free warranty 👍🏻 Great customer service.

Absolutely can’t fault this company found off auto trader purchased lovely vehicle good honest dealers car was spotless and good service history very honest patient dealer as I had to insure my car on phone whilst waiting nearly an hour for them to answer me gave us coffee which was even decent lol forecourt of dealership very well kept AA WARRANTY and extended vehicle warranty owner even did the tax for me in office in my details whilst I was waiting for insurance company to answer from start to finish seamless experience owner knows he’s stuff was happy to show previous MOTs online for quickness and even put a new aerial on car whilst there!!! Having looked for weeks to find the right Ford Focus ! up it popped in Exchange and Mart. Car had everything I wanted . Staff so inviting and welcomed all questions. The car was fully serviced for me before pick up, including 6 months warranty from VPI Cars. Great service. I would definitely recommend these guys for your used quality car.

Great cars, kept in mint condition. Fantastic customer service, took their time showing up the car and all its features and took us for a test drive. Sam helped up with all of our paperwork including road tax, insurance and warranty. He even helped with getting a spare key. They really took their time with us and we never felt any pressure to buy.

I found the car I needed at VPI Car sales and dealt with them over the telephone and by Whatsapp. As they were a long way from home, I asked if they could deliver the car. I bought a 2007 5 series BMW from this garage in August 2020. It needed a break fluid change in December, so I took it to Sytner BMW Sunningdale to get this done and they did a free health check on the vehicle as It was the first time I had taken this car to them. They said it was a great car with no issues and I paid a very good price. No problems so far and it has just passed it's MOT.

Our sales rep provided us with excellent care and gave us 100 per cent attention from the start of the purchase right through the end. Very happy. Terrific service. Efficient, friendly and professional. No pressure and no sales talk. Answered all my queries. And when I asked if the cambelt had been changed in the past the garage admitted rather embarrassedly that it did not know but, completely unasked, knocked £250 off the price as a goodwill gesture. I purchased a wonderful one owner 17 year old BMW with 23k miles and a 15 stamp BMW history, these guys did everything right even when thing's went wrong they never tried to hide, good solid old fashion service, however there warranty company is called **Warranty First** of Peterborough and they are completely incompetent and could easily have caused conflict between me and the dealer, but Sam of VPI never allowed that to happen, ditch Warranty First before they ruin your good customer service reputation. Thanks again for your service and attention 👍. NB: Warranty First only tried to sort our issues after they say my Google review of them 🤔

I brought my CLK from vpi used car sales last week I was a little terrified with the reviews I had seen before I brought my car but it was the cheapest car within 100 miles of me and also the spec of the car was really high. From the moment I found the car online the dealer has been excellent from initial contact through to the sale. The car was held for me until I could come up from Devon and I found it as described and the purchase was completed with ease. After the purchase and on the drive home a small issue was identified, this was not a problem for the dealer and true to their word they fixed it despite the logistics of me living in Devon. I can only summarise the after sales support as being above and beyond what I would have expected and I genuinely cant thank them or praise them enough.
