Sold my car to these guys. Was offered £500 less because my front bumper was apparently resprayed. This was not the case as I have owned the car from new and never had it resprayed, only polished and waxed. I have found out through other people selling to we buy any car, that the company has also said their bumpers were resprayed when they weren't . They use a type of respray detector pen for metal bodywork but because bumpers are plastic they can lie and say its been resprayed when it hasn't. Staff get commission for offering the lowest price possible so never accept the initial offer. If you aren't happy with the price, walk away and think it over, they will look in that price for a few days.

Process was quick and easy - got an appointment at a convenient time and good price for the car, even though it was suffering from transmission issues at the time. Had been worried about selling it but in contrast the process was professional and clear.

Cannot recommend enough. Had to sell the car quickly, went to this website, booked same day appointment at a nearby parking lot. They immediatly call me back, confirmed all i needed to bring, and when I went there car was sold in 15 minutes. Money was in bank account 10 minutes after sale. And got better price than all the local dealerships!

Raqim dealt with my van sale. He was professional and very good. I felt the whole process was honest and transparent. It felt like he was helping me through the whole process. As such it only took 20mins! Only issue was I paid for 24hr payment. When I do this it is generally instant into an account. I found out the next day that actually it was over 24hrs. Being between 5 and 6pm the next day. This stopped me buying my next van for an extra day, I lost a days pay. For £25 I would expect an instant chaps payment. Other than that it was really good.
