The gentleman who dealt with me was very polite and was able to offer me a reasonable amount for my vehicle even though it was lower than online quote but still good enough for me as I've used this branch previously so I know the online quote is just a guide. Overall I was very happy with the customer service I received and would continue to use this service in the future if needed.

The member of staff was absolutely great. Professional but, friendly and knowledgable. However, the quote I received was nowhere near what I received as, the last letter of the reg number, had been removed! I was then told that I had given the wrong number so the quote was wrong! Not convinced this isn't a ploy - not by Colliers Wood, but by the company - to then offer less! I have done quotes before with yourselves and, this has happened before. Each time you go back into the website, the last character has been removed.

I am posting this as if I had had a bad experience I would have posted , but I didn't so wanted to post this positive review to be fair. I went to the branch in Colliers Wood and as a first time visitor with a somewhat negative attitude having read some bad reviews . I must admit that it turned out to be a great experience. The member of staff I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable and a great communicator , reassuring as he walked us through each stage of the process and identified issues I hadn't spotted. In terms of deductions for the issues found the deductions were fair. Overall a very good experience and there are a lot of car dealer sales people who could learn from the professionalism and courtesy we we were afforded by WeBuyAnyCar during our visit to Colliers Wood.

Colliers Wood Branch . Staff member dealt with was great . Professional and courteous, and explained every step in reassuring manner. Additional deductions fair . Went on a Saturday opted for faster payment. Money in account within hour. Notification from DVLA of sale on the Sunday. Overall excellent experience. Car dealers could learn a lot from WBAC on how to conduct business.

I booked my appointment two days earlier. When I turned up on the day I had to stay in my car due to COVID. I was asked to turn on my engine to check the mileage and the dashboard warning light I had mentioned to them. Then the guy checked my windows and then inspected the exterior bodywork. Everything was fine, he gave me an offer which I accepted and opted to wait the 4 working days so as not to pay a further fee. I got my money by 4pm on the 4th working day. No complaints at all.

Very quick, relaxing, and easy process. Showed up at my appointment and was walked through by the representative on what will happen, as well as the documents he required for the sale. The car was then inspected by him, after which he walked me through in details any adjustments to the initial value. There was no pressure from him on selling the car. Once we were aligned, I handed over my documents and details (and car keys). The sale was complete. Overall, quite happy with the whole process, and would recommend a friend to try it out.

A very quick and easy way to sell your car. The guy there was friendly and got through things efficiently. They do try to negotiate you down from the original quote though and pick up on every small point. Be prepared to negotiate hard if you don't want to be completely ripped off. You're never going to get the best price coming here but it will be ok if you negotiate hard amd bring all the things they ask for.

The advert is not a true reflection. They are hell bent on cashing in on a person's desperation and situation. Just like a pawnbroker .After a lot of negotiations I used the service and would only use them as a last resort for a quick sale.
