Furthermore when we were about to leave after the transaction they directed us where to get a cab and also told us if we intend to use public transport how to get the bus. Having read the reviews, I was nervous about my visit here. I was wrong.
My booking was for 9.20am. The day before I was called to say the office doesn't open until 10am.I thought, here we go....
I explained my situation with work. Immediately, the rep agreed to come in early to accommodate my meeting.
I turned up at 9.15am on the day of the appointment, the rep was there waiting. I was greeted with a warm welcome. He then took me through the entire process which was clear.
We went though it together and agreed on everything that was stated. I was happy with the offer (slightly less) given that this was always meant to be a a quick hassle free sale.
I was done within 30mins
My experience has been really positive and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
