Bought a new T-Roc in Oct 2021, service was fantastic. Dealt to a salesman called Brendon, he was very helpful and friendly, he wasn't the pushy salesman type, but only wanted to get the best deal for us. The overall experience at VW West London was amazing and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used VW

Update: Being resolved. Thanks to the Manager Chris. . . . Disappointment. Bought a new EV full paid in August. Instead of giving 1000GBP discount as the others, I was offered original front, rear and boot rubber mats. On September delivery, the only the front were in the car. I was told by the friendly salesman that I would be reached when the rest are ready. Called and Dropped by in Nov, Dec and Jan, turned out he's not available. Finally on Feb I was told he got transferred to other showroom. And nobody is willing to assist me sitting in the showroom for half an hour. When someone showed up, he asked if I have any proof for that. The car is fine, with occasional false sensor alarms.

I've just had the best new car buying experience of my entire life today. I've been looking for a new Skoda for a while now and from my very first tentative enquiries I was lucky enough to get Joseph Keenoy looking after me. From the very first few emails and phone calls, Joseph was always on hand to answer any questions and offer valuable advice and insights into every aspect of the cars I looked at. Picking the car up today was a dream, we signed all the documents with ease and worked out a great repayment plan. Nothing was too much trouble, and even when visiting the showroom I was introduced to the car servicing manager Bobby, who, although I probably wont even see again for a year, came up to say hello and tell me a little bit about his team and what to do when I have to bring the car in for its scheduled services. Special thanks to Duncan Maison, who made sure there was enough petrol in the tank when I took the car home, no mean feat during the crazy fuel crisis that's going on right now. thank you Duncan. All in all, this has been a fantastic buying experience. I've got nothing but praise for this place. It's very daunting buying a new car, but here I felt like I was being given honest advice from decent people, and if you're lucky enough to get Joseph Keenoy looking after you (although I'm sure everyone is amazing here) then I'm sure you will be very happy with your purchase and the services they offer. 10/10, five stars, the works! Thanks again to Joseph and the Skoda team. Oh yes, and the car is out of this world!! (Skoda Kodiaq)

I called in today and needed to get oil in my non Volkswagen car (long story) however the oil I needed had to be specific. Alpa was really helpful … she went out of her way to assist me and found somewhere that could put that specific oil in my car. She made calls that were beyond her duties which helped me because she understood the urgency that I had with ensuring that my car was running. Thank you very much I appreciate it

I can’t fault the team at City Gate West London. Rain initially helped with my purchase and matched me with a suitable car. I’ve had 2 services since then, the first being in the middle of the pandemic and both times the service was exceptional. I used this dealership a couple of years ago and was appalled by the service. As I have a lease car I was had to get it fixed here this time. The service has improved 100%. Booking was so easy online, but best of all it was followed up by a human! Bobby looked after the whole process perfectly, letting me know what was going on, and called when ready. Ryan was also very helpful, and I will be taking out their extended warranty/Service deal. If you have a VW, West London Volkswagen and Bobby is the place to go. Cheers Jonathan
