Fahad Mahmood sold us our Nissan LEAF in November 2021 to be delivered in January 2022. We received excellent customer service from Fahad who liaised with my accountant to ensure we did the correct financing. The car arrived on time and, at the same time, Fahad slipped a disc and his colleagues, Ash, Clive and Pat swung into action to support me and him with all necessary paperwork. The staff at Westway Nissan do not fit the 'cliche' car sales person. They are efficient, very engaging, they do what they say they will do and I am delighted to have bought from them.

Was looking to change my car for nearly 6 months ago and drove up to the Nissan dealer in Mill Hill. As I drove in the car pack there was a guy walking through and asked me if I needed help was a bit confused in the car park. He said if I was OK and I said I was looking for juke he said his name was manzur Ahmed and told me the section of jukes and when I was ready to come in after finding the red juke to my needs manzur was very professional and helpful with no pressure on me with no hard sales which I experienced at the Nissan dealer at the Ilford branch .would highly recommend the branch at Mill Hill and manzur Ahmed is a credit to the company i bought my car .

Where do I begin? I had an ongoing issue with my Qashqai, a complete headache! Well, without making this review a large excerpt from Leo Tolstoy "War and Peace, " I just want to say, Nissan you have an absolute diamond in you midst! Her name is Whitney Forrester She is just AMAZING!
She took charge of the situation, was hugely supportive, kept me informed, efficiency was second to none and so funny! Whitney went beyond the call of duty, an accomplished individual who deserves to recognised Nissan ! Hint, hint 😉. I will certainly recommend!

Easy to book my car in for a message of super "low oil" on the dash, i checked the oil on the dipstick and it shows to be fine... Im thinking sensor error so i take the car in and is ready the following day. Result was they toped up the oil of 1.5 L but no one was able to explain to me why the message came on my dash, why no warning at 3/4 or 1/2 the oil but nect to 0 only, why the dip stick was at the correct level when i checked it so why they had to top ot up that much 🤔🤷🏻♂️. Anyhow if is on file i took it in for that reason I'm covered what ever happens after.

I told them about the items I wanted them to look at whilst having service and MOT. This they did, they contacted me several times to discuss the price of these jobs and whether I wanted to proceed. Recently bought a car from this dealership. Buying a car during Covid lockdown is not recommended. I'd suggest everyone to get a test drive before making any vehicle purchase. But it's not possible during lockdown so you need to buy before you try in this case. The customer service from West way was good, they made a video detailing aspects of the car to try give some clarity of what I was buying. There was a mess up with my papers during the handover but it was eventually sorted out. The fuse for the cigarette lighter was also blown when the car was delivered, this should have been checked before sending the car out. They were kind enough to book it in at my local Westway dealership to get it fixed. In the end I did it myself, no point making unnecessary travel to replace a £3 fuse. But, there fast response was reassuring. In the end I'm very happy with my car. If any happens I'll be sure to update!

Very low valuation for my old car ,only £50. Webuyanycar gave me nearly £500
Not even penny reduction on displayed price even when windscreen had chip. On top admin fees of some 60£ charged at time of buying which was not mentioned before. I was told it will repaired before collection but was not done as promised. Waiting to be done...not satisfied ..Not a great experience overall.

Waiting time can be a bit annoying. As a driver for my mothers motability car I have been unhappy with the service department from time to time when the car went in for due service. Afterwards the car started to show signs of malfunction especially with auto stop/start , low engine oil, low adblue which means calling again to alert them if the issues. They did however sorted it out.

I’m really happy with the experience I received from West Way Mill Hill when I recently purchased my new Qashqai.
The Sales Executive I dealt with, Zoe Minkin couldn’t have been more helpful and I was able I conduct much of the purchase by phone and email which was important to me as I live some distance from the dealership.
The handover was excellent. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and I was treated like a VIP.
Zoe has already contacted me since to check I’m enjoying the new car and whether I have any questions. Although I had nothing to ask at the time, Zoe was so approachable I’d have no hesitation giving her a call for any help or advice I may need in the future.

Good 12 month service offer, which included annual breakdown cover, oil/filter, inspection and wash for my Pathfinder for just £199. Resourceful spare parts store. Fully working on Saturday morning, which was the only time I could come without taking a day-off. Good showroom with waiting area and a fridge full of chilled water.
The standard Nissan oil they use comes from TOTAL/Elf, which is actually quite good. Surprisingly, it is Mobil 1 for the GTR model.
If you need brake pads / brake discs replacement or some minor repairs you may wish to have a look at aftermarket as it is can be very expensive in the dealer’s garage.

Bought a new vehicle from here. Spoke to a guy called Krishan who was absolutely fantastic. He took good care of us and was very friendly and helpful throughout. Once bought he was patient and friendly during all conversations till I got my vehicle. It arrived in great condition and I'm happy overall. The only minor gripe was the fact that someone sent me the wrong registration number which delayed me getting my insurance. I wished their communication was a bit better here and they took advantage of email communication to give information like number plates which should be accurate.
But overall I highly recommend this dealership I spoke to three people from here and they were all very friendly and helpful throughout!

These guys are a bunch of jokers. You arrive for your service and have to wait 30 minutes plus to be seen. I took my car there to have issues looked into and theyve not only denied anything is wrong with the car. They never call you back to update you or to even pick up the car. I have to call them. Never had this issue with Honda. Theyve driven my car 10 miles. Equivalent of going from Mill hill to Harrow for a simple road test. Whats wrong with the local area roads? Theyve also damaged my alloys and denied any wrong doing. My rim protector is missing.

Update: My issue was resolved by the new service manager. Who paid for the repair to my rim. The car has since been sold anyway, but overall have been dissapointed with their customer service and the treatment. I just want to say thanks to Lee Higgins and Aysha for being very professional and sorting out my issues with my 370Z. I know the new Service Manager is trying to improve things. So it was only fair to leave an update since the car has been sold.

I've been here for a service a few times now. I booked my last service online, very easy and you even get a call a day or so before to remind you, so far so good.
When you arrive, if you've booked yourself in there's a screen as you enter with your appointment showing so very organised indeed. The showroom is large, clean, neat and tidy.
The 3 stars is because of the service dept. It's frustrating cause you see staff going in and out of different doors but no one comes to you. Of course if it's not busy I imagine you'll get seen to quickly but they seem short staffed in the service dept so be prepared to sit around waiting!
You also get given rubbish courtesy cars. Yes I understand you're saving money on the better premium cars but if I drove a nice Nissan maybe I'll be back some time to upgrade mine instead of effing and blinding about how rubbish they are.

I Bought a car from Nissan today and the experience was smooth and seamless. Martin & Faisal treated us like family basically and we left the place satisfied. I came for a Qashqai but was sold on getting the new XTrail and I'm in love with it.

But I got disappointed 10 mins after I drove off, I noticed that the car heated up. When I got home I noticed that they did not fill up the Coolant container even though I was charged £17.99. The coolant container was dried empty. I have to run to Europarts to get some. I was promised to receive the health check video, but they did not send any, very bad service except the good effort of Shenay. My 4 stars goes to SHENAY💋👄💋👄💋👄💋👄

THE ONLY REASON A STRETCHED 2.5* to 3* .The initial ' person ' from Nissan West Way was ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH AT DOING HIS JOB.
HOWEVER ! Once "the right person" took over.... The sale /purchase was made ..... Still the follow up and feed back on this New purchase was very slowly sorted out.
I DO NOT EXPECT THIS FOR ANY CAR BOUGHT FORM THE MAIN DEALER.
If you're car is paid for and faults needed to be sorted.....but take just over 2 weeks to take care .....is TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE , by anyone's standard.
No one wants parts thousands of £££ to have your new purchase be sitting with the Dealer longer than you.
No WAY IS THAT DONE ....EVER!

Did an intermediate service to my car here today, as my local Glynn Hopkin were adamant they only do Minor and Major services even for 3+ years cars.
Exceptional customer service provided by the Aftersales Manager and Dilwar (Aftersales Assistant).

The prospect of buying a new car filled me with dread, due to which car to go for and all the paperwork which is daunting. At Nissans in Mill Hill the whole procedure was made much more bearable and even fun, the major part of this was due to the New Car sales representative, Zoe. She was very knowledgeable about all the models and specifications, and made all the paperwork seem effortless. She explained everything in detail and nothing was too much for her. It was a pleasure dealing with her and if she said she was going to do something she did it.
I would highly recommend if thinking of buying a Nissan at Mill Hill that you specifically ask for Zoe, you won't regret it.

Three and a half years later we have brought yet another Nissan Qashqai, we were impressed with the knowledge and efficiency of the manager 'Ash' who was patient and went above and beyond the call of duty, we had some difficulties with RCI the finance company which was dealt with extremely quickly as we waited for our new car to arrive.
Even though West Way were not at fault the extras we were given more than made up for the inconvenience caused.
Manzur was also efficient, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and explained the workings of the car with ease and in laymans terms. He was happy to repeat anything we were unsure about and made you feel at ease with everything.
Both Ash and Manzur made the whole process of buying the car personal and not made to feel that you were just another number in their books. All the paperwork and online documents were dealt with there and then and the peace of mind we have that we can call them at anytime for advice if needed is reassuring. The aftercare service that was told to us verbally has been backed up with emails for added confidence in their commitment to keep us the customer happy.
