I bought a brand new Honda CB125R from Rob here in May 2021. Having owned the bike for 3 months now, I have had a first service, a tracker and a tank bag fitted. All fairly priced and good experience. Buying the motorbike in the first place, the service was excellent and professional and Rob was very considerate in my needs as a new CBT rider. I highly recommend visiting this dealership in future as they got me on the road comfortably, and I am now a full A-License holder due to the safety and reliability of my bike.

Purchased a Honda e in September 2020 . Sales team were amazing Geanina was great . Noticed a little rattle from the dashboard and noticed that the driver side dashboard has worked free from the bottom of the windscreen exposing the sponge insulation . Called the ‘always slightly grumpy’ Wimbledon Park aftersales and made an appt to take the car in last Friday 04. 02.2022 - told on Friday that there was issue . I have photos of the noticeable gap .on the dashboard abs still told it is normal and matched the dashboard on the Honda e in the showroom .. so after a heated exchange with the after-sales manager I say I will come to the dealership to prove the issue is real .When I arrive today ( 08.02.) even through I can get my fingers behind the dashboard as the gap is so big I am still dismissed by the aftersales manager and told to make a compliant through Honda UK which I have now started . I would just like to highlight I have been made to look like I am lying as k have not got nothing better to do then spend a £20 cab fare each way , to try and justify my issue with the car I would therefore recommend , if you do buy a car from this dealership ( as mentioned the sales team are Lovely) please make sure you are ‘battle ready ‘in case you have an issue with your car as the Honda reputation for quality has not been met My car was also returned to me completely filthy Unacceptable! 01.03.2022 After complaining to Honda UK and Norton Way Dealerships , i was asked to contact the Chiswick Honda dealership aftersales department. The service received was impeccable . After sitting in the car with an engineer for 5 minutes my issue with the car was acknowledged and the car was repaired without question , and was returned back to me washed and vacuumed and repaired , so thanks to Paul Wilson and his aftersales team and Chiswick . It is a shame that i had to go through the whole complaints process before being believed . Much happier with the car now .

Excellent customer service and fantastic communication. A few emails back and fourth, we were able to make an appointment to test drive a car. We were given a price for part exchange and this price was given where we arrived and my car was checked. The car which I went to test drive was in great condition and I purchased the car. On my home I realised I had left a special CD in the car from my wedding day. Before I had even emailed, the CD had been posted to me. Great customer service and I would most definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking for an new car.

What a fantastic service! It’s strange (and a little scary) buying a car online and not seeing it first. But Geanina was so helpful and professional. I took delivery of my new 2020 Automatic Hybrid Honda CRV this week. I must say that my entire experience with the sales person and the delivery specialist was simply excellent. I approached the Sales team after having viewed offers on Carwow.com. The sales person actually made me a better offer that I could not refuse. The paperwork was explained clearly and the same was handedled very efficiently. The car was ready at the committed date and delivery was handled professionally. After I took delivery of the car I had to request help from the delivery specialist to understand the functioning of the Hybrid engine. I used this dealership to Part Exchange my previous generation Type R for the new one and my experience couldn't have been better. Special mention to Geanina and Angel who communicated with me more than any other dealer I've experienced during the negotiation stage and up to collection and beyond. Emails were mostly answered within a couple of hours (not days!). The part-exchange experience was faultless, absolutely no hassle and after a check over of my vehicle, they were happy and I was shown around my new (1 year old) Type R by Angel, who looked after me during the handover process and was friendly and professional. Geanina came over to say hello while I was going through the paperwork and she was very pleasant and didn't at all feel like she was just going through the motions, which was a refreshing change to a lot of dealership staff. Angel and Geanina also managed to sort a new minor part that was unsatisfactory, and had it sent out to me, which was very impressive in maintaining and even exceeding the standards and customer service I expected. The only negative is that it's a little tricky to park, as the dealership is quite small and located down a residential road, but in general, top marks and I would highly recommend.

I’ve had a good experience so far. I purchased in May 2019 which went well, everyone helped sort out how I wanted to purchase. Went smooth and believe I got a good price. Since buying I’ve had small issues that haven’t left the car underivable, just a rattle and slow puncture. On my MOT, the service department were great and covered most of the costs in fixing the issues. I had a nice little hire car to with no charge. I’m happy I’ve found a local garage better than most

Great customer service from booking an appointment on the phone which was a very friendly and easy experience till getting the car back. I received a confirmation email and a calendar entry (very much appreciated) and a day before the appointment a reminder text message. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming and things are taken care of in no time. I was very impressed how straightforward and reliable the whole ordering process was. They said it would be there the next morning and it did. I took the car there and one of the guys came out and fix it for me and they are the only Honda garage that did not charge for the service because it was a small thing. I really appreciated that. Just go to show you have to do your research. I think this garage tries harder because they are small.

I have been a long term Toyota customer and latterly using their Main dealers. Two years ago I bought the most expensive car I have ever owned and suffice to say it was not a good experience and if the law had permitted I would have rejected it (possible now since the law changed in 2016). Part of the experience was the Sales manager lying to me!! Now to Wimbledon Park Honda, I showed interest in a used CRV and had good service from Chris (I believe the sales manager) and then Yourdan. Not as good as they used to be...I've been using WP Honda for several years and always found their service very good. However in the last 12 months or so, I find their service has deteriorated. Nothing too serious but is definitely not as attentive to detail as they used to be. Went here for a warranty repair service item. The staff member I dealt with was good, decent number of seats to use while waiting, And a selection of tea/coffee to help yourself to. The work was also started as scheduled, and completed promptly. A pleasant surprise. Very unpleasant was finding my mobile phone number was then signed up to receive marketing spam SMS messages ("the new civic for X/month" nonsense). I opted out immediately but should not have needed to. At the time I gave my number I asked the purpose of taking my number and was assured it would never be used for marketing, only for the purpose of coordinating the specific service I had booked. This evidently was a lie. The experience would be 5 star if you stick to giving no number/a false phone number.

After a two week anticipated wait I picked up our new car today. From the moment I entered the dealership two weeks ago the upmost care was taken to meet our needs by Christopher Hawkins. During the two week wait Chris kept in contact by telephone with updates on the progress of delivery and delivery even came earlier than the estimated date. Purchased used CRV about three weeks ago, the experience could not have been easier or more professionally handled, Matthew could not have done more short of paying for it himself, after showing some interest off the internet he brought the car to me to view, assessed my vehicle and allowed me a test drive of the CRV, all good. We bought a car a year ago. With it we bought a service agreement for three years as we were told we could service the car locally. Our local Honda garage is in Colindale. The salesman who sold us the service agreement lied to us. The ONLY place we can have the car serviced is in Wimbledon which is miles away from us. We asked for either a transfer of the service contract to Colindale or refund of the money. I'm happy to report that Honda put things right, money was refunded, problem solved and this salesman is not around anymore. I dealt with Shemek at Wimbledon Park and he couldn't have been more helpful. Given that I was buying a five year old Civic there were, unsurprisingly, a few minor issues with it which had to be sorted out but Shemek identified and remedied most most of these before I bought the car. The only other issue that cropped up was when it turned out that the spare key didn't work but, again, I just contacted Shemek and he got it fixed without any hassle, delay or cost. When I was initially looking for a car I was tempted by the cheaper prices on offer from independent dealers but once you factor in all the extra bits and bobs which Shemek arranged I think going though a Honda franchised dealer was actually better value. I went with my fiance: the sales man directed all questions and conversation to him. He assumed my male partner was "in change" and leading decisions. Even after we had paid for the car 50/50 split, he still wouldn't direct his communication to me. It was insulting. There should be no assumption about who is buying or in charge of a decision, both men and women should be addresses equally. I know cars are seen as "boys toys" but in a professional sales environment where we were buying a family car I should have been treated as an equal. The car we bought (almost a year ago) is good, but there are some notable issues which they cannot resolve in store as we bought a Nissan and they don't have the equipment to resolve them, but I was disappointed that on the phone no solution was proposed: Wimbledon Park Honda should resolve the issues with the vehicle they sold us, even if it means sending it to another dealer / shop, as the cost is on them not us. I'm not sure who to take the car too, or how to get Wimbledon Park Honda to pay the cost, and therefore have not been able to resolve any of the 3 problems myself.
