R. B.Having heard a lot of good things about Woodseer Autos and their services, I decided to take my car to them when it was due for an MOT. They were very accommodating considering I was a new customer. I explained that I had to get an MOT on my Volkswagen polo and needed the car fairly quickly due to work commitments. They very efficiently managed to allocate me a time slot within the hour given the busy nature of their business.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and asked to leave my car. I was subsequently informed that my car had failed it’s MOT. Very panicked, I did not know what to do however they communicated with me in a very quick, concise and clear manner. They gave me a breakdown of what repairs needed to be done. They went the extra mile to explain the jargon so I was clear of what needed to be done.
There was no pressure from them neither a feeling of being rushed into making a decision. They were very professional and made the process very easy for me.
The repairs were then carried out in an efficient manner and to a very good standard exercising a high level of skill compared to other garages I have been to. My car then passed its MOT making it roadworthy again.
The final price I paid for the MOT and repairs were exactly as negotiated with no last-minute surprises as one would usually expect.
They were knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend their services to those who are seeking a trusted and reliable garage to get their car fixed in an efficient manner.

Dropped my car off with 0 notice and they fit me in, kept me updated throughout through text and gave me a fair price (£40 MOT, £35 for tire and explained and showed the damage to my old tire so I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off) especially for last minute service over the Christmas period.
Even the owner came out, gave me his card and backed my car out for me!
I will be coming back for my service, and look forward to dealing with them again.
