I've had dealings with car dealers for over 30 years & I've never received the level of service even close to what I got. Absolutely Brilliant! Justin knows his job very well & he is the best person I've ever met when buying a new car. I would highly recommend them. Polite, very helpful & a great atmosphere.
Very very happy with my new car as well.
Came in for a regular service and MOT - arrived at 8:15 am and was assured that it would take around 2 hours. I waited in the seated area for 9 hours to get the car back in the end. Just a mistake I'm sure, but a very poor experience, practically no communication all day. The quality of the work is good, and reasonable value , so hopefully this was just a one off.
Edit: The team at Thurlow Nunn have since got in touch to apologize, and assured me that this wouldn't happen again. I'd say that their aftercare and follow-up has been excellent. I will leave the above review asis as a reflection of my experience on the day.
My wife and I recently purchased a new Vauxhall Grandland. We would like to compliment our salesman Khalid; from the moment we met him he showed a level service which was heads and shoulders above other dealerships we had visited. I’ve taken my Corsa here for servicing and MOTs for years. Staff are always lovely and helpful, complimentary coffee and a car wash just makes me keep coming back too. Also a nice waiting area with plugs etc if you need to wait.
Always do 100 percent from booking in sevice desk lady Jackie at Luton always does her best to fit me in around my work so excellent work carried out always great and sales team great when we change our car so excellent all round
I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Paul Sharpe for support. It was a pleasure to buy a new Van with all of Paul's support. My husband is very busy so for us it was very important to come to the salon and complete all the documents as quick as we can so everything that my husband needs to do was completed on the same day.Paul call us with updates at every step which was pleasing and we found itvery helpful as we were constantly informed. Very helpful and efficient. Paul Sharpe dealt with all my enquiries when buying a used car and nothing was a problem. Road tests were always ready when I had an appointment and answered any questions I had about the process and any extras like extended warranty that can be added on.

Whilst waiting for M.O.T there is a free hot drinks machine offering good quality hot chocolate and flatt white etc. aswell as a free ice cold water dispenser and there are many shops nearby such as McDonald’s and b and m to shop at whilst waiting

Excellent service. There was a loan car waiting for me, I was kept informed about the work throughout, had everything explained to me clearly, with options and prices, and the small piece of work that had to be deferred because the part was not in stock at the time was also sorted very quickly. A very pleasant and positive experience.
Went for mot and service. Very efficient. Dropped car off handed in keys. Had a text showing a video of the inspection and the report from the inspection. Pick up was again efficient and professional. Down side there was no where to park when I arrived. I had to leave the car in front of others. I used to use the pick up and drop off service which I though was great, it's a shame that is not available anymore. But overall a very good experience
Sales man very helpful but parking there is a big problem
Very pleased to be seen by a Sales executive very quickly. Disappointed at the limited range of cars within our budget - not least that the ideal one was sold seconds before our agreement to put a deposit on it could be entered in the process.
Nice friendly staff to meet and greet you. I waited for my car to be serviced the waiting area was good tea and coffee readily available. The only down side is when you drive in there is not alot of room so parking is tricky.
The customer experience from the start when I booked the service to when I picked my car back up could not have been better. This has not been the first time that I have been delighted by this branch and I have been using them for many years.
When my oil pressure sensor started playing up I was dreading dealing with it. Luckily, Thurlow Nunn has been outstanding and everything was fixed quickly and efficiently.

Very professional, sending a video of the car before my appointment. Khalid was very helpful and explained and showed me how the car was more advanced than my old one. I did not feel under any pressure to have add ons that I did not want. Very happy with their service. That is why I went back to Thurlow-Nunn again.

Fantastic service from this dealership, been going here for years and the staff have been absolutely lovely each time to me. Free coffee while you wait is always a bonus. The only downside is the parking can get a bit tricky when they are on their busy time of year (new car registration etc) but understandable with the space they have. I will be going back as i think they are great.
I've been using Thurlow Nunn for a good few years and purchased my vehicle from them when I had terrible trouble with my previous car(bought from another company). Thurlow Nunn, staff have always been welcoming, professional and thorough, I definitely recommend them.

Khalid was great to deal with the whole process of buying my vehicle was stress free
I had to have a 'sit and wait' appointment,.due to Thurlow Nunn, Luton, no longer doing pick up for Motability customers. Although this was quite worrisome for me, they made us feel extremely welcome (jacqui) at the service reception desk. She was so lovely and pointed out the drinks and toilet facilities. The waiting area was roomy and light, and the seats surprisingly comfortable. They did have the football on too. When my car was ready, a lady called Moira called me over and explained everything they had done for me, asked if I had any questions and was just as kind and attentive as her colleague Jacqui was earlier. They're both an asset to your company. And to top off my great experience, my car was shiny and sparkling like new. Thank you. Siobhan Bates.
We expected your sales executive to be polite and curteous, and he certainly did not dissapoint on that front. The test drive was as we would expect. All in all we have no complaints about how we were made to feel welcome.
Excellent service from the moment I rang and arranged my service. I arrived on site and was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile and told where to park.
Service staff were also welcoming with a smile and made me feel like I was their only customer.
The service was completed promptly and I was back on the road within 5 hours.
All in all a very honest and trustful company that went the extrs mile meet my requirements. 10/10
I would like to Stan for helping me purchase a new corsa for the missus and a quality used mokka for myself. His knowledge and experience in the motor trade was invaluable in my decision making. Also the service team helped to set up service plans for the cars so they will be looked after going forward. Had a great experience when I had my front tyres replaced. Ordered them and came in the following day to have them replaced. Everything was done efficiently and the staff are all very friendly on the service desks. Highly recommend the Luton Vauxhall
Great experience. For my first time purchasing a new car, Ben (my car salesman) was very good at explaining me the whole process. He not only let me test drive the car I wanted but when we realised he didn’t have what I wanted in stock he drive up to another Vauxhall garage. Then he sent me a video of the car when he got there; and talked me through the great state of the car. Overall Ben did everything he could have to make my experience as quick and efficient. Highly recommend!
My van required it's MOT, the service team at Thurlow Nunn Luton were very helpful and informative. The process was handled quickly and efficiently and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We went to the Luton branch of Thurlow Nunn recently to see a car, Sam was very patient when asked many questions and sorted everything out swiftly with no issue being too much trouble. Being able to test drive the car alone was a perk with no added pressure to purchase the car afterwards. Very informative. Would happily come back again.

Booking was easy when I arrived a lovely man took my name and asked if I was booked in and then showed me to a parking spot. Checking in was quick and straightforward. I recieved a video of the work that was done "that was really great" my car was ready by the time they said it was cleaned and vacuumed. I had a service advisor called Kaitlin while my car was in for major repairs, and I have never had service like it! She was honest, down to earth and reliable. Best experience.
Easy process, all staff friendly, only draw back was the wait for the free car wash.Told it could add a little to the waiting time, ended up getting the car over an hour after we had paid. In general very good.
Booked in for first MOT on my vehicle , no problems got an email to confirm appointment , then a call the day before to remind me
once there was booked in quickly had a car to use while mine was in the garage ( at a cost ) and car was ready by 2pm a call to confirm costing and what had been done car was washed and vacuumed -( much needed ).

Very good, I have a service plan which works very well , everyone who I was in contact with were very polite all the way through, from the initial reminder t the collection and return of my car including the call to say my vehicle was ready. Each step was painless for me and all those concerned at Thurlow Nunn were very professional . I was sent a video too of the checks on my vehicle. Very pleased.

Jason( Webster) on the service desk was very welcoming, having got there at 07:30 for those customers that need to get to work, even though Thurlow Nunn don’t officially open till 8am!
Jason explained and went through the worksheet, telling me that I would receive a text with a link for a video of my cars health check, only downside of that was that the commentary couldn’t be heard.
Waiting area was clean and comfortable, free WiFi and beverages on offer.
Overall a very pleasant experience.

We were looking for a Vauxhall Crossland went to Thurlow Nunn to see what they had. We were looked after by Tony Almedia who showed us various models available, very obliging and helpful.
We tested the vehicle and collected it as arranged, Tony showed me all the various information screen which differed from my previous Mokka, great help. Delighted with the service would highly recommend.

The disabled parking here is an absolute joke . Well, let's be honest, any parking here is .
All I can say is thank goodness for the wonderful motability agent Stan . He had to car moved to somewhere more disabled friendly, made choosing a new car a breeze , was honest and open about the cars . Put the order through there and then .

My car was given a service and oil change.. It was also cleaned for me I am disabled with multiple sclerosis and can't do it myself so I was delighted.
I would like to say a great big thank you to Barry, very professional, understanding, made you feel at ease, and i could ask any question regarding the car I was purchasing. On the day of collection of my car, again all the paperwork was efficient and Barry was his helpful self. I would thoroughly recommend anyone going to Thurlow Nunn in Luton and buying either a new or a used car. Very Very satisfied with the service I received.

The serivce team was very helpfull. I booked my car in for a health check and they found did find a couple of faults with my vehicle . When i went to pick up my vehicle they showed me what was wrong and give me a print out of what was wrong and give me senible prices to sort my vehicle out.

Initially not a good experience. However once Stan started dealing with our sale, the service improved greatly. He was extremely efficient and we now have the car we've waited so long for. Excellent service Stan!!!
People are nice and helpful but we didn't have any luck in talking or meeting the motability guy, phoned him no answer left a message never got back to us called by phone and visiting the site several times no luck at all, so I gave them 3 star out of politeness. But their Dunstable branch was amazingly helpful and its the complete opposite we had a brilliant experience and I would thank them for all the help.
We bought a nice used diesel Mazda from Thurlow Nunn, Luton, in August 23 in VGC and with FSH. Although no fault of Thurlow Nunn, it was subsequently found to have significant carbon build-up with indications of engine damage. As no garage was willing to undertake repairs under the warranty, it was thus necessary to reject the car and obtain a refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I can however say that the Sales Manager (Chris Tyler) took ownership, and handled things in a helpful and professional way, and we have been pleased with Thurlow Nunn.
