I recently purchased a beautiful used Audi TT from Ron. I'd been looking for one for several weeks, and the one he had was far and away the best available at the time. Beautiful condition, low mileage, full service history, - everything a discerning buyer looks for when choosing their next car. Now, I will admit, I haven't bought many cars in my time, but I still know what a difficult and frustrating process it can be. Not a bit of it when you're dealing with Ron though. He's very honest, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. Everything you could wish for - but rarely find, in the motor trade! I would happily recommend Auto Care Vehicle Management to absolutely anyone. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy. Ron is everything you would expect a good car dealer to be and I couldn't have had a better second hand car buying experience. The only thing slightly uneasy about my whole experience was when I rung up to enquire to view my car and I was just greeted with "Hello?" I was told over the phone that the car I wanted to view was in perfect condition in every way and true to his word mechanically the car is perfect (I've had it 2 weeks now and driven 600 miles of which 150 miles were on a track and its still flawless). It was 99.9% perfect aesthetically so what you see is definitely what you get. Top bloke and car dealer, the best customer service I've ever received from anyone, cannot recommend him enough.

We had been looking for an Audi for a number of weeks trying to get the highest specification from the cars that were available on the internet. We saw this car for sale from Autocare Vehicle Management in Maidstone, I live in the North East of England but after speaking to Ron the owner I knew that this was the car for us, he is not your typical sales guy in for a fast buck, he specialises in top quality high specification vehicles, you may pay a little more in some cases but you get what you pay for. We have purchased a Top Specification Audi with almost every extra possible full history in perfect original condition. I live 300 miles from Autocare but knew that when I got there I would be buying exactly what was described by the owner on the phone. Contacted Ron about mercedes a220d amg night edition, he assured me that car was in stunning condition all round. Also the spec of car was excellent. I travelled 230 miles and was met at the train station by Ron himself who took me to see car and I loved it straight away. I drove home 230 miles, got stuck in traffic journey took 6hrs but I still had a smile on my face. Would highly recommend 5*
